旅館是設施達到水平，但地點較為僻靜，只適合自駕人士，但泊車費要35歐元一天，住客30元，相等於一天租車費用。 早餐是普通歐陸早餐，沒有驚喜！

It’s not the most convenient location for going into town, it’s mostly for conference attendees.

Room was bog, spacious and clean. Location is quite good and durect transport to the centre

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent and conveniently situated. Overall, we had a positive experience and were pleased with our stay. The only minor issue was that some guests in the neighbouring rooms frequently slammed their doors, which occasionally caused disturbance.

The staff were a bit rude, the hotel room bed was really hard and air condition wasn’t effective. The hotel looked like a basic hotel. I missed to bring a comb with me and when i asked staff if they have any to spare but the staff rudely responded negativity, generally hotel of this grade expected to have these stuff kept in room itself. Though I never used hotel supplied stuff but it good to have these in case. Also hotel looked very basic

Personal ist sehr nett. Aber leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht so gut. Standard & vieles einfach fertig. Würde ich nicht wieder dazubuchen.

The stay was absolutely great. The room was nice and spacious. Cleanliness standards were top notch, as expected from Novotel. The location is amazing for the World Forum (literally the same building) and it’s also not far from the city centre and the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast spread was good and staff were very polite and professional.

The Staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold; and savoury and sweet food options provided as well as hot and cold beverages and a fresh fruit selection. The interior was light, spacious , inviting and cosy. The breakfast times were also very accommodating especially if you wanted to sleep late. Weekdays - 06:30 to 10:00 and Weekends - 07:30 to 11:00. The reception, lounge and bar areas were cosy and inviting and always immaculate. The hotel is in a good location close to both bus and tram stops and a variety of sights and landmarks within walking distance. You can reach the beach within 15 - 20 minutes depending on the time of day and Den Haag Centrum withing 10 - 15 minutes. I didn't use their bike hire, but if your preferred mode of transport is to cycle then they have plenty bikes available to hire for all sizes from children to adults and some adult bicycles equipped with child carriers.

Der Check-In war neu für mich, da alles digital lief ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Jedoch war eine Mitarbeiterin in der Nähe und Ansprechbar. Das Zimmer war auf der 12. Etage, Zimmernummer kam per Mail (vielleicht war ich nach dem digitalen Check-In auch unaufmerksam). Es gab Meerblick, das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und bequem. Lange Wartezeiten an einem der zwei Fahrstühle war nicht gegeben und es verlief alles gut

Alles gut, nur unter den Betten könnte mal wieder gesaugt werden

Veel geluidsoverlast midden in de nacht, een hond in een van de buur hotelkamers die aan het blaffen was.

Super Lage, sauberes Zimmer, sehr zu empfehlen

Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt!

Vi var på en familie tur med to voksne og ett barn på 10 år. Skulle besøke familie i Haag. Hotell er ett typisk konferanse hotell hvor større grupper booket in. Bar preg av det. Ikke noen spes fasiliteter eller personal for ferietur. Ok men dyr frokost.

Le personnel n'est pas chaleureux. Il y a un manque de renseignement et de communication. Il n'y avait pas de lit pour un deuxième enfant, on nous a seulement procuré un matelas par terre pour notre 2 ème enfant alors que c'était censé une chambre pour une famille de 4 personnes. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Room was fine. Staff seemed irritated when we asked for a few common things (towels/pillows, etc.). Breakfast and parking were both overpriced.

Overall rooms were ok , a bit stuffy at night and pillows so uncomfortable, didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that , staff friendly and helped with any issues

Wasserschaden beheben, wor konnten leider nicht duschen weil die kein Wasser da hatten in der Nacht!
