早餐用餐環境優, 食物也可, 但房間較為老舊, 且未先協助鋪好孩童雙人床(其他NOVOTAL都做得到). 感覺還有改進空間.

The hotel is located outside of Maastricht center, but you can rent a bike to visit the historical town. The room is very clean and comfortable. We really like the time in Novotel Maastricht.

such a big brand name novotel, what u can expect is a guarantee of quality. i m sure everything there was pretty good. the location is slightly far away from the central station. it takes 10-15min walking. if ur going to the station from the hotel, theres a shuttle bus so it doesnt really matter for u to leave. also u can go the city centre by taking the shuttle bus as well.

Matelas complètement affaissé côté droit, trous dans les draps. Restaurant fermé deux soirs sur les trois de notre sejour. Le vendredi soir, malgré la fermeture du restaurant, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous avait informé que nous pourrions tout de même manger des pizzas et des desserts. Arrivé au restaurant, ni pizza ni dessert car la personne était seule pour servir. Prix exorbitant decouvert à l'arrivée, de 25 euros/jour pour notre petit chien alors qu'aucun service n'est prévu pour lui. Bref, le prix est injustifié pour un tel service.

Goed verblijf, schone kamer en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt

Schone kamer, goed geholpen bij de receptie en een gezellig uurtje aan de bar gehad. En een heerlijk ontbijt als afsluiting.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes, ontbijt was prima. Wel een lange rij voor de koffie.

Alles was keurig.

Personal super! Zimmer altbacken, hellhörig, wenig Platz für Garderobe Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut nicht!!

Great breakfast options. Even some American-specific options. Parking was all automated and gated. Very convenient which is not always the case in this part of the world. HVAC was quiet and efficient. Some older hotels have no A/C so this was nice. Great bed and bedding.

Great staff and food

Friendly staff that were happy to help when needed. Pool was lovely given the hot temperatures. Access to hired bikes that we enjoyed using and seeing the beautiful Maastricht surroundings.

A nice hotel quietly situated just outside the city but only a 25-30 minute stroll to the centre. Rooms are clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The reception area is welcoming and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The bar area and restaurant are very good and there is a nice childrens play area. Outside is a lovely terrace area and pool. All in all a very nice family hotel. Couple of gripes. Firstly the car used to be free but now 13 euros per night. Considering the out of town location I cannot see the reason for this other than money making. Secondly, as with all hotels worldwide, check your bill before leaving. I had 121 euros added to my bill for laundry, which I did not use. In fairness this was immediately refunded buutttt !

Nemt med forbundet værelser når man rejser som familie. Rent og pænt værelse med gode faciliteter, meget rart med inkluderet “mini-bar.

Alles was op zich keurig en netjes. Een minpuntje was het douchen in een bad. Voor ouderen was het best wel een hoge instap en dus niet helemaal veilig en dus minder comfort. De bedden waren uitstekend en ook de airco deed het erg goed en was gemakkelijk te bedienen. Een groot pluspuntje zou zijn wanneer het parkeren voor hotelgasten gratis zou zijn of voor 10 euro per dag!

Great hotel, fantastic location

Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Etwas abgelegen vom Stadtzentrum wenn man zu Fuss geht. Mit Fahrradverleih im Hotel kann mann Maastricht sehr gut endecken.
