星期六晚上的房間貴，但提供的房間及服務不值得。 剛進房時，床是歪的，有衣架掉落，沒有毛巾架，毛巾直接放在廁所的平台上…

卫生差，早餐差，整体感知差

Due to flight schedule we are early arrival at morning. After check with room status the hotel crew provide early checking.

飯店位於機場正對面200公尺處，對於11:30pm才抵達，次日11:30am要搭機返台，超方便。 飯店雖才開幕三個月，夜間check in 人龍約15人，但仍有效率的在15分內入住。 從飯店的音樂和櫃台人員的應答，整體感覺是年輕有活力的!

房间干净，早餐有点差。

wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz unten und die aussicht war schlimm…wenn die Ziimmernachbaren duschen ist es richtig laut und auch die Toilettenspülung hört man von oben sehr lauft.Auch wahr es sehr ringhörig sprich mann hörte die Zimmernachbarn.Auch war noch der Abfalleimer nicht gelehrt. Auch war es sehr sehr lärmig von den Klimmageräten und auch von der Strasse.aich habe kaum geschlafen.Ich würde es nicht empfehlen auch die ganze Ungebung dort.

Flott hotell i grei avstand til Metro og Johan Cruiff arena. Hjelpsomme ansatte og gode fasiliteter. Kan anbefales!

Chambre au calme, proche de l’arena. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais chambre globalement OK. Bon petit déjeuner.

Stayed for a concert at the arena. Staff were super helpful, location perfect and breakfast was lovely. Shame there was on shampoo and bathroom needs a bit of TLC but otherwise great!

Chambre agréable et lumineuse. Mais la salle de bain manquait de propreté, des poils par terre et des traces sur la poubelle...

Very nice people, great location, would visit again

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. But the overall experience was really really disappointing- checked in to a sign saying the restaurant was closed but bar open still. But then they commented that this was in fact not correct and the bar was also closed. No nearby restaurants so ended up with a takeaway. The bathroom in the bedroom- well, the door didn’t shut properly, the soup dispenser said it was soap, and the door almost fell off its hinge every time it was opened. Kept us both awake all night as we couldn’t open the door without an awful noise waking the other one up. Coffee and tea facilities- no milk available, 2 mugs of different sizes. No spoons Good location for the arena though

We stayed here for two nights and really were using the hotel for its proximity to the areas which was very useful and truthfully about a 15min walk. However we were lucky to not have to spend much time in the room. The AC was broken and our room was too hot for the majority of our stay, this along with the bathroom door never fully closing and the construction of the open shower meant most of the room became warm and wet if someone needed to shower. We found other people’s socks under our beds and the mattress was stained under the one twin bed. Finally when we went to open the window to get some fresh air we found it was also broken and almost completely came out of the window pane. Breakfast was good and the staff were also fine, it’s more the rooms themselves I would caution if you are planning on spending more time than just sleeping in them.

Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Hallways look beaten up and carpets need some TLC. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I like this place, overall the staff were so nice. Unfortunately my husband and I never felt safe we blocked the door with our luggages on the very first day, due to maybe poor communication with the front staff and housekeeping but one guy opened the door on our very first day, he knocked once and opened it. The guy doesn’t seem housekeeping as he was wearing casual clothes eventhough there’s already a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR. I dont know how Hotels work in Amsterdam but I woke up again while we were sleeping cause housekeeping opened the door, bringing us towels. (Luggages already blocking the door every night) I notify the front desk person about it that same day, which he apologized. Though the place was really nice, the experience was a bit disappointing.

En general, las instalaciones del hotel fueron buenas y el personal de recepción siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con el servicio de limpieza fue decepcionante. Durante varios días, la habitación no fue limpiada correctamente: el baño quedó sin limpiar, no retiraron basura que dejé sobre la mesa y prácticamente solo cambiaban las toallas y tendían la cama. Además, dejé intencionalmente la tarjeta de la habitación colocada para mantener funcionando el refrigerador mientras estaba fuera, ya que tenía alimentos y bebidas dentro. En algún momento durante la limpieza, la tarjeta fue retirada, el refrigerador dejó de funcionar y mis productos se echaron a perder. También noté que el shampoo parecía estar diluido con agua, lo cual me pareció poco adecuado. Quiero destacar que el personal de recepción fue muy profesional. De hecho, Shanty, quien me atendió, me recomendó enviar nuevamente mi reporte si no recibía respuesta, ya que hasta el momento sigo esperando una resolución favorable por parte del hotel. Actualizaré este comentario dependiendo de la respuesta y solución que reciba.
