We booked and prepaid for a private room, but upon arrival, the hostel claimed they were fully booked and had no record of our reservation—despite us having a confirmation email. They kicked us out to find our own lodging and held our money until the next day. Unprofessional and completely unreliable. If they are fully booked, they shouldn't be accepting reservations.

Los trabajadores todos excelente.

The stay was comfortable I booked a room with AC but the AC was not working properly. The bathrooms were not cleaned the 2 days I was there the trash can was overflown with tissue paper. The price is good but they can do better as I do like the staff at hostel.

Nous étions à Granada pour la Semana Santa. A notre arrivée, problème de chambre avec surbooking et chambre beaucoup moins bine proposée. Après négociations nous avons réussi à avoir notre chambre. L’hôtel est très chaleureux, avec patio centrale et piscine. Chambre avec bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande cet hôtel

you cancele la reservación desde el primer día y nunca se me notificó la aseptacion

I requested a reimbursement of my money because I had to cancel my trip , I did though Expedia , who told me we’re working on it , I don’t have my money back neither Expedia or El Caite email any new about my money .

Great hostel. We stayed in the 4 bedded loft room - it was a little tight for space, but no other concerns. Lovely place with a pool and lovely atmosphere.

pase muy buenos momentos en Granada, el Caite es un lugar para hospedarse accesible para el bolsillo de los nicaraguenses, su ubicacion es muy buena, y es confortable, ademas que uno puede entrar y salir a cualquier hora.

Bathroom was disgusting, bugs everywhere. Toilet had a smell that came up from the pipes . There was hot water though, so that’s a plus . Air conditioner worked well , but the room had huge windows at bed level , the curtains were dirty and fell on the bed . Staff was kind, food was decent

i did not like to ring the bell to get in....that was very inconvenience

Bed were small on the app show 2 queen and at the time of the reservation was 2 tween, not soap or shampoo not towels Sorry but really bad experience
