10/10 una excelente atención por María quien me ayudó en todo momento, me recibió con una gran presentación de frutas, no utilizamos el desayuno incluido ya que casi todos somos vegetarianos, estaba hermosísima la vista al mar y el complejo de apartamento con buena seguridad

Muy bonita propiedad de alquiler, administradores fatal, muy mal. Sistema de arrendamiento muy deficiente. Pagas propiedad y al llegar te quiere dar una inferior. No estan preparados, binita propiedad pero adm no la tiene lista

Primero que nada, reservamos en habitaciones de Playa Blanca VACATIONS RENTALS, y nos Entregaron en apartahotel Carol Park. Hicimos la reserva de 2 habitaciones y resulta ser que cuando llegamos solo había una habitación y nos indica que nos va cambiar a una apartamento que tiene 3 habitaciones pero resultó ser que solo eran 2 habitaciones la otra cama nos la colocarón en el piso. Tuvimos que esperar 3hora para que nos entregará eate apartahotel. En la cocina tiene la lampara quemada, la llave de la lavamano NO se ajusta y se cierra solo. Los baños de la habitación están sucio, la lavamano esta sucio, oxidado, y con moho. En el piso de la regadera están sucia y manchadas. Una Horrible experiencia. NO RECOMIENDO

¡Qué experiencia tan maravillosa! Nuestra estadía como familia de 4 adultos y 2 niños fue simplemente increíble. Desde el acceso a las piscinas del edificio y la piscina de agua salada con los toboganes hasta la playa y los shows nocturnos para niños y adultos en el hotel, cada momento fue perfecto. María la chica que nos atendió fue excepcional en su atención, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, la llamamos en todos mometo, siempre nos atendió con amabilidad y nos ayudó a despejar nuestras dudas. Su servicio hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera de 10 sobre 10. Estamos profundamente agradecidos por haber convertido nuestro tiempo en familia en un momento verdaderamente especial para todos nosotros. ¡Gracias por hacer que cada instante fuera inolvidable! Mis hijas se lo gozaron y eso me lleno mucho de felicidad!! De verdad Gracias!!

Este comentario es para Playa Blanca Vacations: Pienso que tienen una publicidad engañosa con el tema de sus propias instalacuones, incluyendo su "piscina gigante de agua salada". Resulta que te la ofrecen cuando estas buscando estadia pero cuando estas alla te das cuenta que solo es para propietarios. Solo te ofrecen un rinconcito lejano donde hay un pequeño restaurante. No puedes usar la "gran piscina" ni los toboganes. Practicamente nada y solo estas pagando todo esendinero por quedarte en uno de esos aptos. Lo que nos ayudó fue que tome el paquete todo incluido que te permite ir al resort y utilizar sus piscinas y restaurantes. Pero repito, las instalaviones de la "gran pisicina de agua salada" y sus toboganes son exclusivo para los propietarios. Lo peor es que quien nos recibió no se vio en la tarea de explicar todo esto con detalle y si vas al area sin saber te tratan como a un intruso. Muy mal este tema con ellos.

It’s nice view a huge man made lake and ocean - But rooms A/C did not cool place down so we had to pay additional charge to move to hotel with A/C while still facing the heat in doors

The apartment had not been cleaned well - spiderwebs, spiders, ants, dirty toilets and sinks, dust under beds. The pots were all stained from overuse and needed replaced. There were also many stains on the furniture. We were not comfortable during our stay. We came on this trip to show our family Panama and this was not a good presentation. We would not stay again.

The resort is not great on entertainment which is a shame. The personnel on the pther hand is very kind and responsive. We were unlucky that there was a political event in the resprt the night we arrived which meant tired staff (not their fault) poor quality of food and a bad experience overall. The hotel should do more planning and could have made up gor the bad experience thru other means the staff did apologize and made the best of our stay tho and on day 2 food and the hotel in general was back to expected standards. The hotel management could have offered something in exchange for a bad first day though which is why this is getting a poor rating.. staff wise and in other aspects without the bad day this wouls have gotten 4 points except inentertainment.. great place if you are taking kids though. Quite boring if you are after party and entertainment

Regular. Porqué no explican bien. Al alquilar el apartamento le toca todo y no se le explica bien al cliente. Nada a favor. La propaganda es ficticia.

Tiene todo lo que uno necesita cerca. La belleza del lugar, las habitaciones, las piscinas y la playa son espectaculares.

this place is terrible! The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Took two hours to check in because the lady who handles that took Friday off so noone else knew what to do. They finally figured it out and gave me a set of keys pointed at a building and said it's over there. Didnt walk me to the room or anything. Well, the key wouldnt okem the doors they said it would so I went all the way back to reception and they said oh well I guess it's that building then and pointed to another and sent me on my way. Also, I sing the rental apps are a total RIP off. I paid $160 a night for just the room no meals or drinks and found the same thing on google on e theres for $75. DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

It was a roomy, one-bedroom apartment in good condition and with all the amenities you would need for a quick trip (stove, sink, fridge, microwave, bbq grill). Nonetheless, be aware that I had some serious issues with my check-in. The staff claimed my reservation had been cancelled due to issues with my credit card, despute the fact that I had been charged upon reserving. They also claimed to have called me but couldn’t locate me, but I never received such a call. The apartment I got was not the one I was suposed to stay in, and it was available only due to issues with the main door (the lock apparently jams occasionally). The hotel was fully booked due to a big cycling event that started/finished in the hotel grounds that weekend (in which I actually took part) and I was expressly told that if the door didn’t open they could not offer any other solution for me. That was very infuriating and although my stay ended up being quite positive and I am satisfied with the apartment itself, I would think twice before booking with Playa Blanca Vacations again, as I was faced with the choice of calling friends to see if I could crash in their room or otherwise spend the night before the bike race sleeping in my car, despite having already paid for a night at an apartment.

Muy bien, el edificio y el apartamento fue muy bueno limpio y comodo. Karina nos atendio muy amablemente y servicial. La playa muy bella y las amenidades de el resort perfectas.

Bastante regular. No sentí que recibí lo adecuado por lo que pague. Decepción total y no creo que vuelva ni que recomiende a nadie

Pase dos días en familia, un lugar excelente para descansar y divertirse en la piscina salada, la playa y la piscina del edificio.
