Muy buena ubicacion, parqueadero seguro, falta cuidado en la limpieza. Mitad del personal excelente y otra mitad mal encarados y poco serviciales, asi que mi experiencia fue mixta.

Breakfast was adequate

The hotel booked a live 10 piece band on a Monday night one floor above me and the music and base were so loud the walls were vibrating. I had to be up early for a flight and it’s impossible to sleep. no one here seems to care. How does a hotel charge people for a place to sleep and then charge other people to create the conditions for no sleep? I should at least have been made aware there would be a big party right above me when I checked in and provided the option to stay on the opposite side of the hotel. I’ve been waiting since 9pm for the music to stop and it’s almost midnight and still going. This is just not ok to do to clients. Management should not be renting out parties till midnight especially when not notifying clients and giving them other options. Clients of the hotel shouldn’t be put in this position in the first place.

It’s in an excellent location, staff friendly & helpful, rooms cleans but they didn’t didn’t have wash cloths. Other than that I would stay there again just bring my own wash cloth.

Beautiful views of the Panama Canal and the City from the interior windows. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast was a big plus. The staff is very attentive. Within walking distance of restaurants, next door to a coffee shop, and a convenience store.

The room was very clean Amenities, water, and linen were replenished when need. Always clean towels. Housekeeping was very nice. The staff were friendly, but I think because we spoke no Spanish and they spoke little English, we did not have many conversations. The guy who checked us in was very helpful. He told us of the good spots to shop and explore. Breakfast was the best part of the day. The food was so good. We ate at the restaurant almost every night. The food was chef kissed. We did not use the laundry service. The night shift bartender or supervisor was the nicest gentleman, who made us feel very welcome. The wait staff were great. We would be back later this year or same time next year. Feel comfortable in your decision to book this hotel. Love from Shondell🇧🇧

The free breakfast was the highest quality breakfast we have ever had.....the dining room staff was very very attentive...the hotel location next to Via Israel is so easy to access for taxis and Ubers.....the mall is 4 minutes walking distance, the pool area was very relaxed and subtley designed ...the front staff helped us 3 or 4 times with helpful assistance.....even though this area of Panama is noisy at the street level, the glass windows in the room shutout any noise ....slept like a baby
