We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent, friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Great location - a more quiet area, cafes and mini-markets nearby and walking distance to the main plaza. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hosts are responsive and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the airport and stored our bags when we were away on the inka trail. The room had comfortable beds and a small kitchen with the basics. We were very comfortable there. I would recommend for any family travelling with kids. The location is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shopping.

The property was ideally located, near to the city centre. The property was very comfortable with wifi and hot water. The unit was very clean and well kept

The Allinkay is great - outside of the main square, but walkable to the San Blas area and central Cusco. A good place if you want to stay outside the tourist bustle. The owners are kind and flexible, speak only Spanish.

Great property, great location.

Great location especially if you are acclimating. Great two room apartment for the family with the kitchen. My only issue is having to climb to the fourth floor. Very high altitude when you just get there. Only complaint.

The property was average, it was a nice 15 minute walk to the city center but other than that there wasn't much else about the place. The dogs are quite noisy at night so bring ear plugs.

The advertisement mentioned Air-conditioning which was not available. Area is very loud as the windows face the road. Tour operators start blowing the horn at 3:30am each morning. Dogs bark all night. Luckily I brought ear plugs. Good value for the cost. Biggest issue was a window from the bathroom that did not lock was located in the public stairway. Did not feel secure showering because of the window. Area is very steep and you will need to walk up and down hill to get to the main areas.

I loved staying here and wish I had stayed for my whole stay in Cusco! The literal only complaints I have is the street was very loud in my room and the shower didn't get very hot, but every other thing was perfect. They kept my luggage for me while I went on the Inca trail, and the bed was more comfortable than mine at home.

Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice.

Nos ayudaron en todos los contratiempos q tuvimos, checkin fuera de horario, problemas con el automóvil, etc. Hermoso departamento, cama superconfortable y ducha de agua bien caliente. Nice little studio apartment. The apartment had nice views of Cusco, and was a 10 min walk to the main plaza. The apartment is located uphill of the plaza, so be prepared for a steep walk, and the apartment is located up a few flights of stairs. The apartment has a smaller bathroom (standard in Cusco) and the shower has a built in heater unit that only operates from one tap. So you get either hot water and low pressure, or high pressure and cold water. It seems to be a solution for buildings that don't have a hot water supply. There are some cafes nearby with good food, and a laundry close for washing.

Nice apartment which provides everything you need. It is about 10 minutes to walk from the center. Quiet area. I would stay there again.
