地理位置很棒，服務人員很親切

Overall the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a front room to the street and my only complaint is the street noise at night can be bothersome. Location is great, close to the historic neighborhood. I had early tours so I couldn't get breakfast during my stay. I recommend this hotel for short stays were you'll likely be sightseeing most of the day and need a comfortable place to stay.

Der var restauranter tæt på. Hotellet var generelt meget slidt, beskidt og grimt. Det var meget billigt, men eks. Var der ikke håndklæder gjort klar på værelset. Der var andres hår på armatur og gulv. Det mest dårlige var nok at billedet som hotels.com bruger slet ikke matcher det man ser, når man bor på hotellet. Morgenmadsbuffeten som I har billede af ser faktisk anderledes ud (jeg har vedhæftet billede)

Tienen un mal sistema administrativo. No nos tenían anotados con la reserva, nos dieron una habitación en teoría mejor que la que pagamos pero no servía el agua caliente, la tina tampoco, no hacían respetar horarios de silencio

El hotel tiene un excelente relación precio calidad. Las instalaciones son lindas, cómodas, limpias, el desayuno es sencillo y cumple. El único punto en contra fue que nos tocó una habitación que da a la calle que es muy ruidosa. Es muy cerca de la estación Wanchaca, pero más lejos del centro Histórico.

Parecia um hotel fantasma, vários quartos, mas não tinha ninguém no hotel, os funcionários tbm não apareciam. Tem uma obra na frente que tbm tá prejudicando o hotel. O bom que pra fazer o check out, eu deixei a chave na recepção e fui embora, já que ninguém aparece

El personal no es muy amable y hubo un problema con el pago ya que al parecer no les aparecia pero el cobro si se realizo, al final se resolvio

No tenían estacionamiento, no tenían desayuno, todo pago era en soles y según su tipo de cambio, ellos te imponían la tarifa de cambio… una abstracción, horrible, un hotel totalmente desagradable. Nunca cambiaron las toallas, nunca hicieron limpieza de habitación y solo decían “no tenemos personal” una lástima… jamás volveré a usar Hoteles.com porque no garantiza absolutamente nada.

Tá legal a banheira legal , vale a pena.

This place looks nothing like the way it does in the pictures. I got the suite, walked in, used the bathroom (15 hour bus ride) and then walked right out and asked for a refund. The reason why is because it looked dirty, had holes in the wall and there was 0 privacy. The sheets weren’t clean either, there was hair all over the sheets and foot prints on the floor. There was even an opening in the closet from the hallway, where people could easily grab your luggage. You could hear people in the lobby too. I didn’t feel safe here. So after being in that place for less than an hour, I left. I found Apart hotel Inkasabios (best hotel in Cusco) and they saved my life. I will say that the hosts were kind enough to give me a refund and they were professional. I did get a call from hotels.com saying that they charged me for that night because I used the bathroom. Oh well. How weird but I guess it’s fine. I’m just saving you guys from getting scammed. Don’t book here. At least don’t book the suite.

Lugar simples, porem agradavel. Funcionários muito simpaticos e atenciosos e como o gerente disse quando fui fazer uma solicitacao: " Este é um hotel enconta que supre as necessidades de uma viagem economica, caso queira mais privilégíos, há inumeros outros hoteis pela cidade" - e pela sua resposta cabe este registro.

This worst property I’ve ever seen

Muy sucio el lugar, nunca limpiaron y la cama la tendieron dos veces de los 6 días que me quedé, el agua caliente sólo salió un día. El personal muy amable pero entiende si no limpian porque hacen varias cosas a la vez.

We stay one night only thanks God, in our way to machu pichu, got the worst duty dusty room, we had to put a towel on the bed to sleep, it was so dusty I did not use the sheets. no breakfast, no one in the area to ask for food. the picture you see, is nothing to what really is. I do not recommend this place, it is cheap and you get,...what you pay.

Overall, ok , what a pity that receptionist didn’t speak English at all

飯店實際條件與照片相差甚大，房間沒有衛生紙也沒有浴巾，雖老闆人很和善也承諾會提供但是都找不到人，櫃台總是無人，要求退款也未退如承諾的天數，向 hotels.com 反應也不予回應。

Las fotos no son lo que muestran. La ducha estaba malograda, salía mucha agua por el suelo. Se escucha bulla por todo el hotel. Sin contra que el desayuno es incluido y el desayuno nunca estaba listo, en una oportunidad tuve yo que ir a Freir los huevos en la cocina mientras la que trabaja a se iba a comprar el pan.

interesting property!, it actually has a museum mood... with historical artifacts and a gallery

Excelente servicio, amabilidad, muy recomendado, trato amable de parte de los dueños del hotel
