Room and bathroom was super clean and bed really comfortable. They really made us feel at home, picking us up from the airport and dropping us off at the bus station. Really friendly family. Also the breakfast was excellent!! Would recommend. Very convenient for the bus station.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Cusco for several nights, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality, comfort, and overall experience from beginning to end. The rooms felt comparable to a very solid 3-star hotel in the United States — modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and clearly very well maintained. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious the staff truly cared about providing guests with a welcoming and relaxing environment.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the bathroom. The walk-in showers featured beautiful modern tile work, excellent water pressure, and consistent hot water at all hours, which was incredibly appreciated after spending long days exploring Cusco and the surrounding areas. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of warm blankets and soft pillows, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep in the cool mountain climate. The smart TV was also a wonderful addition that made the room feel even more modern and enjoyable during downtime.
The cleanliness of the hotel stood out immediately. Every area of the property was spotless, organized, and updated. It is clear the owners and staff take pride in maintaining the hotel and ensuring guests feel comfortable throughout their stay.
Breakfast each morning was homemade and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and carefully prepared. It easily became one of my favorite parts of each day and added a very personal touch to the experience.

Very far from downtown. They wouldn’t give us a key to the main entrance, so we had to ring the bell every time and sometimes nobody was there. Terrible experience. It also gets very cold at night and there’s no heating. I do not recommend it.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I would like to share this . The “hotel” had no signs everything was close . I found a small sign with a phone number. I could call because I had no service . God is good after waiting around 20 minutes the taxi driver call for me and some came to open. I had the worst stay the first night there was a huge party and there was a scary fight in the facility. Drunk people. I could not rest I was frightened. The room did not have a private bathroom. There no such as breakfast but I did not mind that.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were excellent—so attentive, kind, and genuinely sweet people who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even picked us up from the airport, which made everything so easy and stress-free.
The location is perfect very central and only about 12 minutes from the airport, making it incredibly convenient.
I highly recommend staying here. You’ll be in great hands!

The room was very clean and our host was great with hospitality. He also was very helpful with recommending and helping us set up tours. We always had something planned for the day with his help. As a heads up, before arriving it’s helpful to ask for the hosts WhatsApp number.

This is a guest house- meaning owned by a single family, whom you will meet (the two sons and their cat were our "welcome committee." The area is not in the tourist zone, but it is quite safe. There is a shop across the street to buy water, soda, snacks, and Ronaldo provides an excellent breakfast. The beds are new and great, and the blankets thick and warm. The wifi works great in the common area, we would recomend a repeater or moving the router higher in the building to better reach the rooms. The room was spotless and well cleaned. Ronaldo also is great at communicating on the expedia chat and provides free transportation to and from the airport (10 minute drive).

Cleanest hotel/ hostel ive ever stayed in! The host picked us up and when we couldn’t get ubers he dropped us off at places. The family was so kind and made us fresh breakfast at times that worked best for us! We felt so safe and so comfortable, if we come back to Peru we will definitely stay here again.
