Habitación impecable y el personal muy amable

Location was good but you have to deal with road noise. WIFi was horrible and front desk staff weren’t very accommodating

Good location and friendly/helpful staff. The rooms don’t keep out much noise form the main areas.

El hotel está cerca del centro, la habitación es cómoda y la limpieza bien, los recepcionistas apáticos, no ayudan en nada y no tienen buena disposición

loved the balcony.. the property was nice, it was only a little noisy at night with the traffic, but definitely in a walkable area in town. Def a spot I would book again.

El hotel bien y limpio. No es elegante, pero tiene un buen mantenimiento, no queda lejos del centro de Cusco. El desayuno sí me gustó y están abiertos a darte box lunch si vas a un tour muy temprano . Lo que no me gustó nada es que reservé una habitación con terraza (que era de las mejores por esta ampliación) y me arrepiento, porque al dar a la calle, todas las noches y madrugadas se escuchaba mucho ruido, gente gritando, peleándose o tomando. Mis 3 noches fueron iguales. No pude descansar. También las puertas de los cuartos tienen un tipo de sensor que suena cuando la gente sale o entra y se escucha fuerte en las madrugadas. Si supiera que hay habitaciones internas donde al menos no se escucha el ruido de la calle, volvería. Si no, no lo haría porque uno llega cansado de los tours y quiere poder dormir. El personal de recepción cubre las necesidades, pero no se caracteriza por su simpatía, amabilidad o atención. La única que sí fue muy amable fue la cocinera en el desayuno a quien solicité algo sin gluten y estuvo muy dispuesta. Las habitaciones amplias y bien, pero sugiero tener un espejo afuera del baño para poder arreglarse mientras ocupan el baño, pues estos sólo están adentro.

There was no WiFi in my room. Even when given another way to log in, it didn’t work. The third time I brought it up, the man at the desk shrugged his shoulders. I wasn’t the only one with this problem. Many people would stand in the hallways.

This is an older property which adds to its charm, but the mold in the room was gross. Bed was okay. They did have a heat/ac unit in the room.Shower water pressure was better than most. Not too far from restaurants and shops but area is mostly residential. They did bring breakfast to our room, which was nice.

Muy limpio, pequeñas habitaciones y baño... basico pero comfortable. Gracias por su hospitalidad.

No hot water, no toilet paper, uncomfortable bed, dirty socks from previous client. We book 2 nights and left next day.

All staff very nice and helpful!

This was quite a pleasant surprise. The hotel was impeccably clean, conveniently located for dining and service was incredible. Our room had a balcony overlooking the hillside and the breakfast was terrific. This was a terrific experience.

El hotel se encuentra una zona céntrica, hay tiendas de ropa, farmacias, restaurantes, todo lo que necesites está cerca. El hotel es cómodo y el personal muy atento. El desayuno lo sirven de 5am a 9:30am.
