Das Personal war einfach so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kapsel war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch der Transfer zum Hotel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein kleines Highlight ist das man am Ende sogar noch mit dem Quad fährt. Also absolut zu empfehlen!!!

If you’re looking for a “special” and breathtaking experience — and I mean that quite literally — Vertical Sky is the place to be. The views are absolutely spectacular, and the rooms are undeniably cool in every sense of the word. Especially the temperature. Along with the stunning, airy panorama, you’re treated to a refreshing ice-cold shower each morning — whether you asked for one or not. Nothing says luxury quite like involuntary cryotherapy at sunrise. And let’s not forget the dining experience. The menu offers a fascinating exploration of how high prices can climb, seemingly inspired by the altitude itself. Unfortunately, the quality of the food doesn’t quite make the same ascent. It’s impressive, really — paying premium, sky-high prices for a culinary experience that remains firmly grounded. All in all, Vertical Sky delivers unforgettable views and equally unforgettable invoices.

AMAZING stay! The best and coolest place we have ever stayed on. If you are visiting Ollantaytambo you have to book this place for a night. Stunning views from the dome and I recommend early check in to enjoy the view. We choose to not stay in the climbing domes and instead choose the top cupole dome which was a short walk to. It was not that expensive and so worth it. We fell asleep to a Thunderstorm meaning we could see lightning on the Victoria Mountain. Everything went smooth with the pick up with communication via WhatsApp. Fist by car and then ATV last meters. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would give as feedback is to offer a lower pillow as it was very hard and high. But everything else was great, loved the blankets and impressive that this standard is offered on such a high altitud. Make yourself a favor and book this experience!

Unbeatable view! It could get really cold at night and really hot in the day, you’d want to adjust your clothing accordingly. Customer service was great!

Staff was great. WiFi worked. Room was clean. Wish we had a note or something for hot water shower. Took me few mins to figure out. I missed listening to instructions. They need to give more than 2 water bottles of water for all night stay. It’s not enough. Do take hot chocolate packets. I had them from my travel pack and it was amazing having it under the stars. Also it’s 40 minutes away from main town. Not like where the map shows. Do plan accordingly. We couldn’t enjoy morning or breakfast as we had to leave by 8am.

We had a fantastic night stay here - honestly the best night on our whole trip in Peru. It was such an unforgettable experience. The staff were great and the food was lovely too!

Minha reserva era para apenas 1 noite no Dome, mas fiquei TÃO arrebatada com a hospedagem que fiquei uma noite a mais. O lugar é deslumbrante, se tem uma vista magnífica de todos os lados: o vale com a cidade de Ollantaytambo, a via férrea margeando o rio e o nevado Veronica. O atendimento de todos (Tania, via WhatsApp, e da equipe in loco foi extremamente gentil, amável e cordial. O jantar é delicioso. O chuveiro é quente, toalhas e roupas de cama macias, tudo muito limpo e confortável. Há Wi-Fi no Dome e no restaurante e funcionou super bem apesar da altitude (3.200m). Há aquecedor portátil no quarto, mas é bom levar meia e moletom, pois de madrugada esfria bastante. Valeu cada centavo e mal posso esperar para voltar. Fiquei encantada! Nota 10!

Tivemos a oportunidade de celebrar 37 anos de casados nesse local único, com uma natureza deslumbrante ao redor e a acolhida do Gean Carlo! A comida deliciosa no jantar e café da manhã! Ficamos no Domus e quem gosta de natureza essa oportunidade é imperdível!

Craziest property you will ever stay at. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone who visits Ollataytambo, Peru.
