Pros: 1) Very near the airport and airport transfer is included, as early as 5AM. We were transferred by the driver by 4:45 AM. 2) When we arrived the reception was very accommodating and friendly. 3) Wi-Fi internet is fast. 4) The room is good enough to rest and leave our things as we roam around the city. 5) There’s a depiction of underground river in the lobby 6) Very near to other establishments in downtown Puerto Princesa City Cons: 1) I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and this is the cheapest option, but it only has 2 single beds. We just manage to squeeze so we can fit on the bed. 2) TV is not connected to cable 3) There are some bugs in the room and the CR (ants, coachroaches). 4) The faucet knob went off when you open it upwards. It should be turn sideways, but it looks like an up and down lever. 5) The door lock is hard to open. We tried many times before we manage to open it. 6) The housekeeping guy sleeps in the couch in the lobby. When we are about the checkout (pass 4AM), the reception radioed him to check and clear our room. But he didn’t wake up immediately from a couple of calls. It was the guard who woke him up. Why didn’t the reception girl go to him and wake him up instead? 7) The key card will not work if you put it in your pocket near your cell phone or credit cards. We went to the reception to reactivate it.

Great value. Basic facilities. A bit misleading as the front desk said buffet breakfast. Biggest let down was I asked to be dropped off to our place of meeting at another hotel. I was told their vans were not for hire. But when a called the other hotel hue, they picked me up right away.

Please check your water. Smell it.

The location is very near especially in the airport and other establishment but the facilities seems a little bit poor, the electric kettle is dirty its already used by the 1st one who checked in that room. Receptionist and house keeping not answering the call immediately.

The room is very spacious, clean and it's more than what we expect. Highly recommended.

The hotel was located near the market and airport. It was very convenient. Staff was very accommodating to our extra requests. The only downside was we can hear the busy road from inside the room. Still, it was a pleasant experience. We'll definitely book here again!

hotel staff were fine, plus the van transfer to airport for free is fabulous. its the room and food that made me rate them 2 out of 5 when we get there, they assisted us fast went upstairs using stairs as the elevator is under maintenance the remote for tv and aircon was not there we have to call reception no instructions on the room how to call them tried 0 no luck we tried 1, still no luck. aircon is not that cold cr is not hotel level small and not maintained flush is not working fine hot shower is not working soap sucks, doesn't do anything tv signal is weak internet is crap, had to use mobile data the food is disappointing. they served me ref-cold adobo you can tell by the coldness of the meat that they just removed it from refrigerator and microwave it for 3 seconds

bad mattress you can feel the spring when sleeping and hard. Noisy air-con even though it was a split unit type, hotel and room and furnishings outdated and old. Breakfast was bad and it was 8.30am but all the buffet trays were empty and was not replenished, better eat breakfast elsewhere.
