had a great time at the hotel, everyone was very friendly, everyone was helpful, kind and took great care of us.
The boys at concierge were super friendly and nice, Ella at reception was perfect, took care of everything, professional, nice and kind. Hershey was very effective and sorted out anything i needed....and Kim ......Kim was just amazing, her smile, sweet voice & kindness just out of this world........I would come back just for her!!!!

Didnt have a car but from what i could see there were security around the very limited parking spaces. the staff were very pleasant, costs were exorbidant for what you got, rooms were very small, floors very slippery, very difficult to maneuvre to the bar, to many stairs at the bar, no mens toilet for number 2.

Everything about about the ABC Hotel was first class American standards starting with the welcome shot courteous staff, great smiles, small chit, chat the cleanliness of the rooms the quality of the filet mignon cook perfectly the way I ask for it.

ABC hotel was the best! The staff at the hotel and the aqua club were all 100% professional and they catered to my every need. Words cannot describe the type of service the staff bring to the table. It’s definitely the best hotel to spend your time and money at while anywhere in Pampanga. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
