We reserved and paid in advance for a deluxe room through app but when we arrived it was not yet booked. We were then brought to a room at the old building. On the following night, we were transferred to a deluxe room but there was no hot shower

It was a great place to stay for a not so pricey accommodation. The only negative during my stay was the on going construction. I can hear the bang and the loud noise of the machines. But overall, i will still give you a great score. Hope the management will inform the travel agencies/partners for any renovation or under constructions being done on the hotel so we would be aware of the place where we will be spending the night with.
