The f/o didn’t have recored of my booking until they double check with the booking. Wait for like 10-15mins for that.

a comfortable hotel that near airport and MOA. swim pool helps to release stress of hard work. Restaurant is not expensive. Air-condiitoner of my Lux-room seems smaller than it needs to be. we doesn't feel cool unless sitting face to air-con.

飯店位與mos旁，購物或飲食皆便利，飯店也有小廚房很方便。唯ㄧ美中不足的是旅館人員在無確認下加床，造成收費認知的差距。整體來說是舒適的飯店。然馬尼拉是個貧富差距很大的城市，飯店外的旅行像洗三温暖般上上下下。

I used to stay regularly until I decided to upgrade to 4 star, still A solid 4 star conventiely loceted economy stay - easy check in check out Like every manila hotel Staff friendly and superb - food needs work for commonwealt custonmers!excelleny choive for budgtet flyer need clean secure decent accomodation 20 Minutes tyo tetminls 1 and 3.

The employees are the only good thing about this property.

Convenient, near the mall (MOA) & airport

Need a better stove and atleast have microwave.

Outdated but clean. Room large and chill.

I like the fact that there's a kitchen, and extra rooms for family. The apartment hotel is getting dated. You can hear road noise at night. We had to call and have the sink in the bathroom unclogged. Staff was helpful and friendly. When arriving or leaving the Philippines take a grab, which is like calling for an Uber but a lot cheaper. The hotel shuttle cost twice what a grab costs. There's a little Cafe on the second floor. The food is good and reasonable.

This property has regressed to a 2 star hotel. They don't even provide a bottle of water. I've stayed there many times in the past, but their new policies and can't do attitude has pushed me away. I canceled my intended next two stays.

Jeg havde læst mange gode anmeldelser, og blev selv skuffet over hvor kedeligt og gammeldags lejligheden var, og ikke nok med det, så virkede elkedlen ikke, gryder og pander var så skæve at man næsten ikke kunne varme noget vand, toilet virkede ikke efter 2. dagen og aircondition larmede som en jetjager, men jeg tænker bare jeg har været lidt uheldig 😅. Tilgengæld var restauranten og poolområdet rigtig fint, som en lille oase i storbyen.

Ac broke two nights but they fix----room next door party for 3 days and nights non stop very load music ---called front desk at 1:30 in morning ---no result more loud music---no sign to get room service had to ask every day for clean room ----i go there for past 14 years this was the worst ---thank for security people that there many years remember me ---front desk people always new ---guess they not want dedicated employees

Checkin, as posted, is 3 pm. I arived aroumd 2:40 and it was almost 4 PM before I was taken to my room. The experience was so bad that I cancelled my followup 2 day reservation and went to a nearby hotel.
