Expedia Group verified review

I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked for 1 bedroom . We have to looked for another place to stay for the night.

Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. ADDITIONAL charge for airconditioner at 500 pesos a night (pricey, considering it was only used at night) 2. Lots of mosquitoes 3. Toilet flush handle is broken (shared/common area bathroom) 4. No small table to put snacks or food. 5. No hot or working shower though they have a bucket and laddle to use.

Very difficult to find. Not ready to accept guests as it is a house not renovated to be hotel-like. The receiving bench is covered with dirty linen/seat cover. The house is not attractive to guests. It was not designed to accomodate paying guests. The toilet is dirty although the water supply is good. The room is very hot, no ventilation.
