Honesty review I was there on a stop over of 16 hours. Communication was excellent, meet by host family and checked in well. The apartment is looking tired, did spot a cockroach but only one. The family member entered the condo by error, just as I was leaving the bathroom, by the front door. Genuine mistake (has condo next to this one) luckily I was dressed. Plus points the condo is right in the middle of the entertainment District, so if you want somewhere close to bars and clubs this is it. The Social across the road has love bands every night.

Aircon needs to be service had to lower to low setting to run smoother. Needs better insect management

It is the better property around Mango Square… but the TV’s don’t work too well, refer didn’t work the first night. The sliding shower door was broken so it made the bathroom floor all wet… and bring your own toilet paper, they don’t supply it… and you don’t get another towel for at least a week, property’s rule… I was just expecting better…

Literal horrible stay. I booked this trip for my wife and her sisters, from her view and other ratings. The room smelled bed, the bed has stains on it. My wife asked them to change her sheets they were telling her she has to pay for them. Its not even a apartment hotel as advertised its just someones apartment. Dont be fooled by the listing and please find a better place. I had to book my wife another hotel because this place was truly horrible

I totally enjoyed my stay except for the terrible bed!!! Leoneda was a great help with all of my concerns. Would have been perfect except the crappie bed that she had no control over.

Terrible, the staff was unpleasant.upon entering the room the horrible smell they smell right away. My sister went to the lobby ask if they can get the refund because i dont want them to get the room at all but sadly they cant get a refund instead said they can ask for cleaning it again.so they called the caretaker and cleaned it after an hour the smell still there.My Family cant even hangouts inside the room instead went to the pool or mall hangout there but sadly they can smell it the whole night. With that i had to booked a new Hotel because my Family cant take it anymore the smell. Eventhough they tried to clean it hard spray some scented perfume the bad smell still there. That kind of smell like someone through/threw up. Even my four year old nephew saying so smell bad like p**p. I booked this hotel I thought they well have a good time and comfortable to sleep but it was horrible. The name of the hotel COZY doesnt Fit it’s not cozy at all. The next day i booked a new hotel and my Family moved out in this hotel and go to the new hotel i booked for them. My four nights booking to this hotel its gone wasted. Travellers/costumers please take time to read reviews about the hotel before you booked because all the reviews/comments are absolutely right. This hotel/condo unit is NOT WORTH IT to recommend.

Tried to chack in early. There was no receptionist. They couldnt contact property. Gave up and went to another hotel. No refund. Don't bother booking with them.

The check in time is later than usual, but you can check in at the typical time for a fee. Parking is available for a FEE! The included double trundle bed was false advertising. I was charged an additional FEE. The couch shown in the picture doesn’t exist, I am pretty sure we were not given the unit that we paid for. The shower head had rivets and screws flying off it when I tried to shower. They do have a pool, but only 2 family members can use the pool at one time. A family of four and we can’t enjoy the pool as a family???

お湯が出なかった時やタオル、ドライヤーのオーナーの女の人の対応がとても親切でした。 ホテルではないので、タオルは1週間に1度しか交換されないし歯ブラシもないため、長滞在の場合、自分で持っていっていくのもいいでしょう

No water in the restroom. I tried to switch it on but the bidet sprayer was broken and was constantly leaking water. Contacted the owner, no room change or refund possible. I couldn’t use the toilet or shower, had to go outside. Also: AC not strong enough to cool the room, no drinking water

This is not a hotel, but rather condo units so there is no guarantee what you will get . When you arrive at reception you have to phone the assistant to have her come and check you in. I waited 15 minutes for her to arrive. When we went to the unit there was an employee sleeping on the sofa. There was a used tooth brush left in the bathroom. The bed sheet was stained. There was no top sheet to use with the blanket. So gross . You need to give them your passport in exchange for a pass for you to use the pool. Ridiculous . The listing says there are 10 restaurants and 5 bars on site, but there is nothing in the building, rather they are referring to the venues along the main road within a 3 block radius. I would not stay again or recommend.

Everything was okay except for the water supply. We were not informed that it has specific time of operation so we had to wait before we can take a shower.

We’re checkin quite early as we arrive earlier, we spoke to a girl who in charge receiving the quest. room wasn’t ready yet but she-allowed as to leave our languages. I’m very disappointed the fact that we unexpected, room was dusty,pillows, linen bed uncomfortable no headboard, toilet set is broken and zinc top pilled off and she give as very thin foam for my girl.
