Staff are great to work with. hardworking, they are always looking out for your welfare. I was passing by two of the staff on my floor as they were cleaning a room, and one of them stopped what they were doing and asked if there was anything I needed replaced- toiletries or towels, etcetera. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. The Inn has always been my go-to place whenever I am in Cebu. Very convenient location. Wifi is all right. Taxis are always available any given time .. even evenings. Public buses and jeepneys (yes , some are still running. God bless them.) is ont he coner jeepney stop. The major bank branches and government offices are available along Jones Avenue. Surrounded by lots of food joints. The Robinson's Mall is just across. So many things to like about Elegant Circle Inn. Its old .. but does not show its age. Good maintenance. Highly recommended.

Hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Room is clean and the sheets are good smelling. However, the lobby in the 3rd floor, by the elevator, has a disgusting smell into it. Other than that, great place to stay.

The room is a bit ok but I see some small cockroach in the floor coming from the beds.Then the noise the following morning coming from the people outside the room that was 6am too early,also the doorknob is very weak I think anytime it will open.But the staffs are accommodating.The price is right for 3d2n.

Inside the room were many many mosquitoes. We were bitten many times. Also, the hot water didn't work so we couldn't take a hot shower. We called maintenance and was told there is nothing they could do. I am very unsatisfied with this hotel stay and I will never stay there again!

We stayed in this hotel almost everytime we went to the city. Had a great time staying here. Be it for medical purposes or for liesure. Recommend it to budget traveller. Worth the money.

Really in the center. It's in fuente osmena. Near pharmacies, eateries, malls, Pasalubong center, jeepney stops. As to room, basic. Comfortable bed, functioning aircon, toilet with hot/cold and toiletries, slippers, towels, free wifi. Our room comes with a complimentary breakfast.

The Housekeeping staffs are noisy. They should consider even if it’s late in the morning there are still people sleeping. I don’t want to recommend this inn to my friends.

The hotel is very clean, with complete amenities, housekeeping anytime just request it. The hotel is very accessible to transportation, easy to commute. Recommended to everyone.
