The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating, and the hotel manager, Ian, upgraded my room for free because the air conditioning unit was not operating properly. Even the guards were very friendly and helpful; they helped me get taxis, and they helped me with my luggage. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was as expected however cable was down. We live nearby so the reason why we booked the place, apart from the fact that it was for a birthday celebration, was because of relaxation that involves watching cable TV.

The room was dirty. The receptionist is not approachable.

The aircon unit in our room is not functioning they transfer us to another room at 2am in the morning at another floor with my sleeping daughter.

Friendly staff. Easy to find food. Near shopping place.

paid with price of promo and get economic room. the room is okay, kinda old the air con is in sad condition for breakfast is not buffet, only small portion of food with 1 dish and 1 egg it says that they'll provide: complimentary mineral water bathrobe slipper which is not provided, I ask for mineral water they said since it was economic room then they won't provide that. staff is friendly, room condition is old cleanliness is standard, pool is okay but dirty I show 3 pictures room is old, bathroom is old, the air con cover actually broke but I put it back 🤔

This is my second time to stay in this hotel, previously I paid on normal price in hotel, I get quite good room and service. Even though during those times the air con has a leak water and they put bucket to cover it without fixing it for 2 days in same room and I already ask it to be fixed but they only provide us with the bucket. Now I paid with price of promo and get economic room. Don't arrive early they will not allow you to check in early. They forgot to deliver room service and room was old and dusty. I do not recommend and will not stay ever again.

Old but really nice hotel. Booked here to rest for Sarah G concert. We'll recommend the place to friends and family

We had so much fun. All staffs are very accommodating

Very clean. Very affordable. Very welcoming. Very homy. I love the bathroom, living room, bedroom, 2 tv. I love how we are welcomed with complimentary drinks. Also with complimentary coffee and tea in our hotel room. Will come back.
