毛巾很髒，不敢用。地理位置很方便，但是房間有點讓人呼吸不了的感覺，有點壓迫！水太小了，洗澡沖不乾淨，也沒有熱水和吹風機。勝在價格便宜和方便！

Near Robinsons mall and bus station, the convenience of location is without a doubt. But the hotel doesn't offer drink water, fridge and hair dryer. Also you need to pay for the temporary luggage storage before you check in.

Ongoing construction at the neighboring building AND proximity to street made noise levels high. Was bitten from small insects the first night. The coming nights were good after changing room. The shower was partially defect. The wifi did not work most of the time. The friendly employees did try and achieved to reduce the suffering, by providing a table and chair for the room, allowing to change room. The price of the stay was affordable. Still if I knew the many annoyances I would have judged differently when I chose it.

Staff was amazing!! The rooms were great, and cleaning staff did a wonderful job, was even impressed with the Cafe in the hotel. Thought the hot water system in hotel broke 2 times during my stay. Also the WIFI system was broken for 4 days.

Unfortunately, there was ZERO Wi-Fi OR hot water for my entire stay so I did not enjoy my time at the Gohotel however the staff is always friendly and there’s a great restaurant downstairs as well as the Robinson mall which is just next-door

Need a table and chair to write or to have snack .

Robinsons Mall is right next door with plenty of shopping and dinning options. This hotel is great for short stays and stop overs. The only shortfall is there is no where to hang or store clothing if you are staying more than a few days.

Hotel is few minutes walk to large shopping mall. Hotel is clean however limited conveniences. Room are small with no furniture other than bed and side tables. No fridge or sitting area. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Staff and security were aways nice. I feel there could be some improvement. But Ican not judge

Not the top of the line , but , very very convenient .. lot's of good shopping places nearby... Robinson's, Hardware stores, etc. near Ceres bus terminal, Mcdonalds.. 7-11, etc. affordable. ... you only get the bare essentials there... but it's worth it..

great place friendly staff only complaint is not enough lighting in the bathroom for shaving

This was our most disappointing time ever! we were in room 120 and the internet, WiFi never worked. Could not contact my family in the USA 🇺🇸 VERY UPSETING. This never happened to us at this property.

It was clean place to stay

Hotel is run down since last visit, thin walls could hear the people next door, and staff in the lobby in the early morning. Dim lights, tv so messed up could not see any show not outside in bright light . Staff was nice and very polite and responsive to requests.. although it took 3 requests for an extra towel.. they kept taking away the other ones . Photos do not match what I stayed in .

Neighbor was to noisy

We were in room 25 neighbors were very loud and noisy 😩😫😞

I really like this hotel! Clean, friendly, convenient, walkable to downtown or mall. Staff was awesome
