实习接待员动作太慢了。我们订了两间房，四个人住，办理入住竟然花了一个多小时。而且他们还给了我们错误的房间，房间小得可怜，只有一间房。他们说我们需要升级，但这根本不是升级，就是我们预订的房间。系统肯定有问题。不过房间、床和淋浴都很干净，也还行吧。

房间没有窗户，只有一套毛巾，床太小，两个人睡不下。基本上，这间房只适合一个人住。没有窗户的房间应该在广告中明确说明。Wi-Fi密码是错的，电视上也没有Netflix和YouTube。屋顶有个很小的游泳池。走廊里到处都是电线。
