Recommended bunkbed in Manila, located in Malate which is tourist location and easy access to airport. Clean bathroom, fast internet connection, clean bed and big space. Just smelling like other bunkbed bcs many tourists just gather in same room, but overall worth the price.

I'll give a thumbs up for its interior. Despite the fact that it's located in a rather disreputable area, that particular street is devoid of traffic and loud sleazy bars. There's also plenty of nooks you could chill out in the common areas. Thumbs down on the lack of basic bathroom amenities (soap & shampoo) and the rather moldy odor of the common area and dorm.

You're getting a lot for the money. The staff is very kind and the place is clean. They actually enforce this with some rules, as not carrying your bags in the dorm to prevent bed bugs which is a good idea. The common areas are very comfortable and it is a great place to sleep. You can also pay an extra 100 PHP and stay there until your flight, which I've done. The only downside is the quality of the mattress as I'm used to the softer type, but if you like sleeping on harder surfaces, it is fine. Overall, I've been to places that cost almost twice as much for less quality. It's not really the place if you're looking for the best but if you want a good budget solution, then you can't go wrong.
