Kiwi’s Hidden Resort is like a big house that serves bed and breakfast. Liesl was helpful with our check-in. There is no front desk per se but she is at the restaurant bar to help. There’s nothing fancy but it has everything we needed like a clean room with airconditioning , soft bed and warm shower plus wi-fi. It is a bit old but it is very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there are stairs to the rooms so it might not be suitable for elderly people. Thanks.
