It's an ok space for a decent price. It could be better maintained (paint peeling off everywhere etc.), but it's clean and you have a nice view. The gym is ok, the sauna is a nice touch. All-in-all no major complaints, but there are better value-for-money options in Makati

I chose this condo unit considering my sister’s previous experience renting one of the property in KL, I just found out that they had a far better unit than what was given to us. The staff are great and the process of checking in was a breeze. We had a studio type unit with two beds, a small kitchen with a table,sofa, television, refrigerator and gas range. They even have a washing machine. It was outdated but a decent condo unit in my opinion. However, the biggest issue we have is the foul smell coming from the restroom. It was so strong that kept us awake at night. There is a leaking faucet and it was really hard to use the restroom with the strong sewer smell. I communicated the problem with the host which they tried to fix but failed. They offered to move us to a different unit but with only one queen bed which is not acceptable since there are three of us. Additionally, the AC works, but it was directly pointing to the beds that makes you really cold at night. I regret not taking pictures of the unit to help others on their decisions in booking this unit. The pictures advertised must be years ago. It definitely doesn’t look the same.

The staff front desk, security, maintenance were helpful. There was a washer unit in the room which was nice . But no cable tv we just watch you tube for 2 weeks. Location was really great !

Gym could use more equipment as well as cleaning for the room. The water heater also went out twice.

I booked for a hotel but was given an apartment in adjacent tower. Lack of clarity in advertising. The unit is older and smelly, particularly the big cabinet (closet) . The bathroom had a leakage under the sink and water stayed on the tile floor. The bed lines were not freshly clean, appeared not replaced after previous checkout. Only 1 key was provided that was hard for 2 or more guests with different agendas.

Everything was great except shower curtains. It was stinky. But I like the place and would stay there again!! Thank you so much.

Conveniently located, close to eating places, park and shopping areas

It's clean, Staffs are nice n respectful, Convenience- like close to the mall n eating places

Staff are courteous and the room was clean. I'm satisfied on my stay.

Roomy, washer, Staff helpful

Communications between us and the customer service was a top notch, can't fault whatsoever. They are all a super duper absolute STAR! We raised both our hands for the absolute care, procedure, set up, by the book, very professionally conducted with outmost recommendations from us both. Many thanks for making our stay comfortable.

View of city was good from the balcony, unit was small and a little dated but clean, friendly staff.

The room was clean , kitchen utensils are available refrigerator is big but forgot to put extra trash bags however staff immediately responded.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the washing machine was a lifesaver! Friendly staff and all necessities can be found within 5-10 minute walk. If you get the chance, check out the weekend market across the street on Sunday!
