Hotels.com verified review

no information about their available rooms or the entire accomodations are all on 3 rd floor, without elevators. I could have canceled on the spot but no refund for the reservation i made. just a small space at reception desk, no available rest room in that skimpy lobby. I can honestly say look around Dipolog with good , clean hotels even cheaper than this Meaco hotel.

Bathroom door needs to be fixed as it gets stuck. No lock instead they used a duck tape on door and if you close the door, you have to have somebody pushed it in or else your stuck inside.

Towels were thin, dirty and over-used. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but dirty. Whole place looked like it was falling apart and was very dirty in general.

The condition of the facility is deteriorating. Defective aircon, bathroom towels are old and brownish in color, damage door knob and security lock not working. Although cleanliness is maintained but I would recommend it will be improved and aircon is replaced or fix.

The bathroom was dirty, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and made our luggage wet, had to call front desk every time to get into our room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was accessible to restaurants and the boulevard by the sea. It was relatively clean. The only downside was there was no elevator and our room was in the third floor but we got a good cardio exercise.
