I booked for 2 family condo units and was given 1 family and 2 small old rooms separate building from the family unit. No bath towels and bed sheets for n the 2 smaller rooms, fridge not working in the family unit, no bidet nor tabo and balde, no bathroom and kitchen rugs, etc. very inconvenient.

The property was infested with tiny roaches.

They couldn’t find the booking to start, then gave the wrong room that had a leaking air conditioner that had water puddles all over the bedroom floor and my 71 year old mother slipped and fell. Then come to find out the balcony door had no lock when I have a ASD child with me. Never again!!!

I like that i was able to check.in early beacuse the host allow as for early check.in because they don't guest at that time. Thank you very much EJB

My sister came to this property and asked the front desk for the key of the room and they answered that they don’t have the key. They wait 4hours and no one help my sister.

물이 막혀 한쪽 화장실은 못썻어요 로비만 깨끗해여.방에서 화장실 냄새 하수구 냄새가 스멀 스멀 올라와여.십만원대 미만이면 가성비대 조으나 전 이십이 넘는돈을 주고 숙박하기엔 가족끼리 라면 호텔 추천합니다.주변 스타벅스 편의점 슈퍼마켓 까지 조아염...아그리고 체크인카운터 때문에 헤멨는데 꼭 확인하셔야 고생하지 않아염...

Checking in was easy at the building’s concierge. The unit is a two bedroom apartment, but during our four night stay, we had to kill 3 cockroaches. Overall the place is not the cleanest. When we turned on the aircon in the master bedroom, it begins dripping water after about 10 mins. Although we informed them, we told them to only fix it after we checked out because we did not want any one coming into the apartment while we are gone. While it was not resolved, some one did enter our apartment to remove two spare mattresses. My rating is higher than what I would normally give, because I comparing it with other friends living in other units within the same condo unit. They paid more but stayed in a one bedroom apartment vs our two bedroom. Theirs include daily cleaning, ours did not. If we wanted daily cleaning, it was an at an additional minimal fee. The great thing about the apartment is the location, where there is a Starbucks, McDonalds, a Japanese restaurant and a supermarket below and a food court “Alfresco” just opposite.

No towels in Room. Light in Bath Room was not working

It was horrible, the listing advertise a safe, which the room did not have. Took 1 hour to check in because it's a condo and not a hotel, had to wait for a person to deliver key. The bathroom leaks water and the whole floor was soked. The shower curtain was all molded.

뉴타운 주변에 즐길거리거 광장히 많았고 방 크기나 청결정도는 만족할 정도였습니다. 룸 서비스가 아쉬웠지만 가격대비 꽤 괜찮습니다.

저는 콘도형태의 숙박으로 신청을 하였으며, 막탄 뉴타운의 외관은 좋아 보였으나, 내부는 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다. 욕조에 살아 있는 쥐가 있었으며, 수건걸이고장, 침대 플래임 파손, 에어컨 물샘, TV 미 작동 되었습니다. 또한 급하게 잡아 6일 숙박비가 180만원 이였으나, 조식이 없었습니다. 좋았던 점은 보안이 잘 되어 있어 야간에 다녀도 위험하지 않았으며, 타운내에 알프레도라는 푸드코트 및 대형 마트가 있어 구지 다른곳에 가지 않고 식사 해결이 가능하며, 공항과 차로 15분, 궁스파, POP스파등 이 10이내 거리에 있음, 호핑또한 15분 거리에 있어 이동이 편함. 숙박내 시설 제외하곤

ダブルベッドが2つあると詳細欄にあるが、一つしかなかった。 広さも50平米弱と案内にあるが、そこまでの広くなかった印象。 鍵の受け渡しは受付ではなく、郵便受け（mail box)。 宿泊当日になって、メールが届いた。 24時間受付といっても、マンションの管理人が24時間いるだけで、 コンドミニアムを管理している人ではない。 トイレットペーパーが１つも置いてなかったので、近くのスーパーへ買いに行った。 （次に利用する人が困るので置いてきた。） wi-fiは使える環境だが、パスコードはこちらからメールで問い合わせると、 機器の裏面を読むようにとの指示。 お湯が出ないので、ガスのスイッチを探して、ようやくお湯が出るようになった。 と、挙げればきりがないが、とにかく「部屋は貸したのだから、後はとにかく自分でやって」という印象。
