The shower.... water flows too slow.. hot water takes too long.... No smiling staff...

Great staff, clean and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location. Felt safe and secure.

Very well decorated Hotel,comfortable and close to center,good stay and reasonable fees,my only observation was that there was no security guard allocated to the Hotel.

No soap, Poor service, Elelvator is too small and slow, Old facility, Noisy outside, I don't like to go back, price is too expensive

service and condition are downgraded because (a) “free” parking is available for maybe 5 cars. They will let you park across the street for P50 per night (just shy of $1) but there again space is extremely limited, and (b) the elevator was not working when I was there. place across the street is quite popular and loud music until closing time in the morning, no hot water in the shower but I don’t mind that being in the Philippines. staff was friendly.

a really nice hotel

Me and my friend booked this hotel due to flight cancel so we are force to stay in the city for a night so we decided to get a hotel which is nearer to the airport. It’s about 20 mins away from airport. Room is big enough for 4 person. Lots of restaurant near the hotel and with a club just right opposit the hotel. Noise level from the club is acceptable because we can’t really hear the music from our room. Staff are all friendly and helpful. One negative point for this hotel will be there is no hot water for shower, shower head was spoilt and toilet bowl can’t be flush, but luckily the hotel staff came to fix it but we all have to shower with cold water for the night. There is a nice cafe call ‘The Coffee Academy’ opposite the hotel that sells nice breakfast and coffee.

Terrible!

well. after an hour to check in found out evaluator was down. employee that wa!ked us to room did not offer to help with bags. found room small and clean with very nice bed. but tiny tv and leaking shower so just ok shower. towels nice.hot pot had to put on floor by fridge as there was only one plug. Not what i expected for the price.
