感觉达沃的住宿都很一般，这家设施比较老，早餐也不咋样。就是人很好。

飯店房間很大也很整潔乾淨，服務人員都很和善，飯店對面就是abreeza mall，地點很便利。 如果住的是行政套房還可至頂樓享用免費下午茶，好好放鬆。

住在這裡是舒適的..自助式早餐也很豐富.美味讓人流連忘返..缺點是客房隔音效果並不好..晚上隔壁房間談話聲音跟電視聲音會傳過來..比較讓人不滿意的是我住的那間竟然有一堆螞蟻..可能是個案也可能不是..最少我遭遇到了

I enjoyed my stay at Seda hotel. Very good location. Short distance from the airport and beside the Abreeza mall.

This is a new hotel beside new abreeza mall in davao but without too much hotel management experience. The cleanness and some detail in hotel is not good enough and lack of twin double beds room. That category is not good for family checking in

This hotel has everything you need in one place. The rooms are clean, food is great and the hotel staff is amazing. I highly recommend staying here short or long term and it’s conveniently located across from Abreeza Ayala mall.

Room is spotless but bathroom has a persistent smell and we reported it to the hotel staff. Hopefully that can be remedied.

The hotel felt modern and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, right next to Abreeza Mall, so everything was easy to access. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, cozy, and well-designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable stay that I’d be happy to recommend. 😊

the room was very clean

We celebrated our 29th anniversary for one night. The Seda was closed for a little while for renovations, but the entire hotel looks really nice and it’s good to have this nice hotel back in Davao again.

Overall it was a good overnight stay. The 1 thing I noticed is the toilet paper holder in the bathroom is placed wrong & inconvenient when you need it. The breakfast buffet is a good spread of hot food as well as drinks. It was crowded when I came so I have to wait longer for a refill of coffee

Amenities

Very happy with the accommodations and amenities. All the staff members were polite, courteous, and friendly. Ballroom is an open area above the restaurant. There was an event happening one night while we were having dinner. The noise was unbearable. Very poor choice for the location of the ballroom.

All the staff are so friendly and respectful. The amenities like the pool is clean and well maintained. Overall I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be staying there again and again.
