The place is cozy and clean. Complete utensils and kitchenware for cooking (although don't know where to plug the microwave) don't have the best view of Taal if that's what you're looking, but still have a great staycation. Good for commuting. Ms. Bella and Ms. Malou are accommodating. Thank you so much.

We got a very prompt response for all our queries. Very nice place and near to food establishments and tourist spots. Recommended caretaker and such a good place to stay.

The place is so cozy and homey. Maam Bella and caretaker Malou are very hospitable. No hassle. Everything is prepared prior check in. Our stay is definitely worth it. Surely we will book a stay again.

Mahal ang stay, akala mo tanaw ang taal pero hindi pala. sabagay 3rd floor lang xa. Hassle ang pagstay, bawat galaw mo may bayad o multa, naintindihan ko ayaw nila ng pest. you need to clean. I'm not satisfy they dont provide even a disposable slipper, you need to buy, even your own toiletry. if you request for towel theres a payment, or even a rag i think. every movement there's a money involve. Manipis at maikli ang towel na provided. dumi ng hair blower, kinakalawang ang veranda, kalawang din ang upuan leaving stain on the floor. Internet at netflix lang naenjoy ko.

This is my second time staying at Bella's place. It exceeded my expecation. Despite the short notice of booking the unit, Bella and Nelly are very much helpful and accommodating. Even if Bella is in another country, she never failed to respond to my messages. As for the place, it is well-maintained and complete with basic necessities. Nelly is commendable for being patient, understanding and her willingness to adjust to the client. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and will surely come back.

Nice and cool unit to stay. The owner was accommodating and was able to endorse us to her caretaker. We might go back and enjoy the cool breeze in Tagaytay. Kudos to you Ms. Bella and thank you for the warm welcome Ate Nellie. 👍👍😀👏💜

We had a wonderful stay. The room is super comfy. Good for a small family. Beautiful room with brand new furniture. Clean with nice scent. The owner and caretaker is very accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience in our first staycation in Tagaytay. The place is perfect, it has access in almost everything that travelers/tourists will need; from recreation, family activities, bars and restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. People of SMDC are even courteous and accommodating, specially our host Ms. Belle. She was constantly in touch, from booking confirmation thru check-in and checking out. instructions were provided clearly, you will never be lost. And we definitely feel secure and safe during our stay. We had a great time so 👍 and I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
