The hotel doesn’t have an elevator.

没有餐廳, 房間有蟑螂, 毎晚都要捉 ! No restaurant, no cafe, breakfast 'd quality is really bad.

房間霉味重，浴室天花板發霉，即便是分離式冷氣，還是像戰車一樣大聲。我們因為熱水器換了兩間房間，狀況還是不理想，電熱水器老舊接觸不良，飯店人員說要開很多次才會有熱水。早餐沒有菜單，打電話過去人員不會講英文，後來換了會講英文的卻弄不清楚菜單，送來的東西跟電話講的不同，花了台幣1880完全不值得。無論是設備，人員訓練都不值這個價錢。

Bathroom was awfully dirty. No towels. No facial tissues.

Old room, needs up grades. Mattresses were old and stiff. The big highlight was breakfast, That was excellent.

The food is well made and the staffs are very friendly

I liked everything about the property and service. Friendly service. Freshly cooked breakfast. Wonderful support staff. Perfect location at the entrance of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and the entrance to the city of Olangapo. Clean facilities. Though, the building is dated.

Facilities are dilapidated, no restaurant, far from tourist attractions.

The room is in a very bad condition. the bed and pillow is very hard. the tiles is shaking, no shower door or curtain. cockroach inside the room. tiles in shower is moldy. the outside garden is not maintain. Very dirty.

I stayed in this hotel and a lot of things need to be upgraded. There is no hot water when taking a shower, the light fixtures in the bathroom is not working, and it is not a keyless door in which is it unsafe to leave important stuff in the room.

Need fix doors clean more

The hotel was ok. Altho there werent many signs to point you to where you are supposed to go like the breakfast room or the pool and then to your room. The door locks looked liked they cld easily be opened and one could hear the conversations and footsteps in the hallway and vice versa so there is little to no soundproofing. The lights were not enoigj inside the rooms. It was a bit difficult trying the read or to even use the remotes for the tv and a/c. But the rooms was really big. I didnt get an intercom so i had to go to the front desk to ask for things which was a complete bummer since my room was located out back. But the staff were gery nice and accommodating

Wouldn’t recommend it. No facilities to speak of. Cheap but spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

we are not after the view this time.I am familiar to this place so I do not vare about the view.
