The facilities are really nice in general but the new rooftop hangout is going to really make this hostel stand out when things go back to normal. Such a great place to hangout, have drinks after surfing, watch movies on a rainy day or play play or other games with other travellers!
Also loved the location and privacy the beds give you. Feels like your own little room inside your dorm

I loved that it was so peaceful and chill hanging out after coming home from adventuring and activity. The staff and owner are so friendly and exude the island vibe mentality.

Dies ist ein bei jungen Wellensurfern, Party-People und Backpackern beliebtes wenn auch etwas abgelegenes Hostel in Siargao. Der Altersschnitt liegt bei Mitte 20. Ich habe hier für knapp 18 € pro Tag im gemischten 10er-Bett Zimmer übernachtet Das Hostel befindet sich ca. 20 Fußminuten vom beliebten Cloud 9 Beach und der Abends lebendigen Tourism Road entfernt. Direkt gegenüber vom Hostel gibt es ein hippes Touri-Café mit Garten. Die Matratze hat Extrabreite und man kann gut auf ihr schlafen. Universale Steckdosen am Bett sind vorhanden. Am Abend wird nahezu täglich ein vom Hostel vorbereitetes Family Dinner sowie im Anschluss eine gemeinsame Aktivität (z.B. Quiz Night, Beer Pong oder Billard Turnier) angeboten. Oftmals ziehen Hostelgäste im Anschluss gemeinsam zu einer der in General Luna stattfindenden Partys (jeden Wochentag eine andere Location). Leider wurden die Veranstaltungen manchmal kurzfristig ohne Angabe eines Grundes abgesagt. Der Sozialraum im Obergeschoss bleibt dann meistens leer. Das ist sehr schade und mildert die positive Erfahrung für Gäste, die eine soziale Erfahrung erwarten. Vor dem Hostel gibt es eine Lagerfeuerstelle. Hinter dem Hostel gibt es einen neu eröffneten Pool mit Basketball-Netz, welcher biz zum Sonnenuntergang vereinzelt gerne von Gästen genutzt wird. Das Personal ist sehr bedacht es der Inhaberin als auch den Gästen recht zu machen. Sanitäreinrichtungen und Sauberkeit sind ok.
