So old and dirty property and facilities

Just a normal Inn, lacking bed sheets and toiletries when we arrive

Very loud noisy neighborhood with night ladies abound yelling until 3am every night. No elevator so you bags will be needed to be lugged up stairs. Many tv channels. Huge selection there so always something on. Rooms are very big and spacious.

I want reimbursement. I was not accommodated.

So old school.. the linens are dusty.. itchy..

No elevator, bedsheets stained, sheets were too thin, no comforter available. Terrible locale, staff were not helpful. Will never book at this hotel ever again.

Easy to find hotel and many fastfood chains in the area including atms and banks

It was pleasant and convenient as we need to go around the city.

Very dirty. If you need remote for TV, you have to deposit 100pesos. Toilet is gross, no toilet paper in restroom but they put it in bed. Really old building. No, I will not stay there ever again. There's a lot of mold. Really I wasn't expecting it. Never again and would not recommend it.

Aircon water is leaking, Noisy streets is heard on the room, bad smell from the drain probably will greet you upon entering the room, no telephone, no elevator. Its below average for this class of inn, other inn which has same price is way better.

Had to stay here because New Dawn Pensionne was booked! It is a little further from everything, but closer to golf course. Would recommend to friends because it is cheap(P675).
