Not the Malayan Plaza I knew. What has happened? Our room was old and run-down. Toilet shower partition was falling apart, our kitchen area was thick with grime. Owner and management should seriously consider to making this place the way it was. Very disappointed. :(

是一間老式的飯店，三人房很大，有個小廚房及客廳，廁所偏小，且門太老舊了，關門後裡面打不開，須求救請外面的家人協助。地理位置很好，周邊有地鐵及很多百貨公司。

櫃台人員非常在意客戶滿意度, 對於反映需要改善的部分都能馬上處理.

個人沐浴用品給太少 明明是雙人房卻只給一份

門衛和櫃台人員, 房務等都很親切，早餐蠻好吃的，服務也很好。住的時候會覺得自己家一樣自在輕鬆。可以自己煮吃的，有中型冰箱蠻大的，也有微波爐，廚具餐具都有，不夠可以打電話去房務借。不想煮的話附近也有一些不錯的餐廳。不貴的貴的都有，走幾步路就到了。7-11就在旁邊蠻實用的。這次是住Deluxe，客廳和起居室都有電視，大部份會看到的台都有也有中文日文香港話等等的節目。對了，碗盤等等用過的廚具不洗的話 房務也會洗得乾乾淨淨。建議每天離房時給點小費他們會服務得更好 50php就表現得很好了。如果忘了... 他們也是表現很好啦... 只是留個50 或2個20php也不錯呀^^ 也許兩個人可以分。喜歡喝酒的建議自己帶開瓶器比較方便。因為房價很便宜了，所以有些東西要自己帶，例: 牙刷、牙膏、牙線、梳子 (他們有吹風機) 漱口水(杯)、室內拖鞋、雖然有浴帽不過有平常飯店收集的可以帶、洗髮潤絲是二合一所以如果有特別需要的可以多帶、可自己帶茶包咖啡隨身包，因為只有2包立頓紅茶和糖和奶精.. 不記得了.. 自己想喝什麼就帶吧。另外有特別想自己帶的就帶吧^^ 房間都有WIFI，可以在Check in 的時候問櫃台你的使用帳號和密碼，WIFI不用錢用起來也很順。游泳池等的在最樓上，不過這次沒時間使用到…

位于Pasig的这家酒店位于繁华路段，房间内有小厨房，有客厅，我住了2晚，价格高了点，但房间确实不错，周边有几个大的Mall，吃饭购物方便。

离机场较远。对面有SM mega mall但不是最大的那家。房间设施很好。

Our room is old and dirty. No tissue bathroom or otherwise. We stayed there 4 days and not even cleaning , refill or changing towels and linens

The hotel rooms are in need of a facelift/updating. The room that I was in wasn't cleaned too well, with hairs and crumbs scattered about. It seemed the hot water was a hit or miss while taking a shower...starts off warm and then goes cool.

I checked in and not even 2 hours later, I checked out. The first room I was given, the base of the lavatory had the black molds. The efforts to remove it was futile. The second room that I was placed in, the sink was clogged, cabinets were grossly chipped, the microwave was so out to date. The bed was not comfortable. The pictures on Expedia were totally different. I took pictures from proof. I’m asking for a full credit/ refund for this booking. The staff tried but the rooms badly need a repair/ remodeling.

All staff from security at the door up to executive lounge breakfast room were courteous and friendly. Just need exterminator for baby ants, bugs & small cockroach! Also internet is very slow ! Otherwise had a great stay 👍👏

Rooms were spacious, and in a safe / very nice area. The furniture in the room showed some major wear over time… but it was a great value and location.

Staffs are nice but they needed to smile more. Found a small cockroaches in the bathroom and was bitten by bed bugs.

It's comfortable. The food isn't really to my taste. A hassle for smokers You have to climb stairs to smoke.
