Tree House Inn

The air conditioner unit in the room was dripping a lot. The bathroom locks where malfunctioning, so much so that i gut a cut. The place was not as well maintained. And i don't think they changed the sheets since the bed i was assigned to had some sand

Good place. Near SM mall. Near central. Near airport

This hostel is next to the biggest and the only mall at Puerto Princesa. Strategic location. Only 15 mins from the airport. The room was comfortable. But the toilet wall was so dirty. None ever wash it properly.

For a backpacker this place is great. I stayed for 2 nights and have no complaint. The staff is very nice and I saw one staff member change the bed sheets and pillows after some guests checked out. The SM City is right across the street and Chinatown is 1 or 2 blocks away. My 6-bed dorm was very clean with an excellent aircon. They don't serve food but they have a small kitchen area with a refrigerator and rice cooker. There is also a water cooler with hot & cold water. In the common area there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The WiFi is excellent (one of the best that I've experienced in the Philippines). The shared bathroom worked for me (clean enough and did not smell). Toilets and showers are separated and there is hot water. Overall...it was a great stay!
