I have had a very pleasant 4 nights stay at the hotel. Staff are very accommodating, respectful and helpful. Hotel hygiene is good enough and very conveniently located to a mega size shopping mall.

Big pool ,excellent staff,spacious room

Huge suite, with a large living area with a good sized kitchen and also a big bedroom. Very clean and comfortable, slightly dated but didn’t not affect our stay in the slightest. Lovely breakfast and great staff

My wife and I enjoyed our stay as usual. My only critique would be that the bed was a bit firm for my wife’s comfort. I on the other hand, prefer a firm mattress. The staff was cheerful and attentive. We will continue to utilize the Tropicana Suites when we return to the area.

It's old fashioned, which is really good for two reasons: the rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom has a nice bathtub. Staff is very helpful and polite. My favorite place to stay in Manila.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. The kitchen appliances were wonderful. The hot water was very reliable. However, the room we had did not have a view at all, when you open the balcony you are greeted with just a large green wall with barbed wired fences. When you are staying for a month, this gets to be depressing. The air flow was terrible. The dry stagnant air was murder on our allergies. The thermostat to both air conditioners did not work, so it did not matter what you set the temperature to, it would just continue to run until you were freezing. So we needed to get up in the middle of the night to turn them on and off. The Wi-Fi they provide is very outdated, you share a very slow connection with the entire hotel. Our movies buffered constantly. Less forgivable is that the network is unsecured. Shortly after I left I found that my credit card data had been stolen. This could have easily occurred due to the insecure network. We will not stay here again unless they update the air system and wifi. We would also demand a room with a view.

Hot water, cool A/C, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic staff,super close to the mall.

We stay here often when we come to Manila. Great staff and great clean rooms. We love it here. See you again soon!!

I know there are a lot of activities of young and old travelers . Although I stayed at Tropicana Hotel each time I go to Manila, I've always been too busy to join the activities they set up for their guests, because I always leave the hotel between 6:30 AM and came back late. I've very important business I needed to take care of. Sorry about that.
