马卡蒂优酒店

這次選擇住U HOTELS MAKATI三晚，總體來說是不錯的體驗，床很好睡，附近有很便宜的Nuai Thai 連續按了兩天，很多餐廳。但是外面就是大馬路，其實有點吵，還有浴室地板太滑了，其餘都很好。

此訂房沒有含早餐，要的話另自付。每層樓公共設施沒有冷氣，電梯也沒有冷氣。飯店網路很慢。但服務人員不錯，很專業。飯店提供拋棄式脫鞋很可愛。

服務態度好,環境乾淨,生活機能好

酒店位置很好，很干净，周围有好多餐厅，旁边就是711。员工服务态度很好。酒店一层有免费的咖啡和小饼干。性价比很高的一家酒店。

Really no amenities to speak of. One day the meal was excellent but the remainder they were okay. Claim they have the best coffee but it was far from great. I could drink it but no real desire for a second cup. The staff were polite and attentive. The rooms were only average and rather small. Everything was clean and tidy. We moved to another hotel for some luxurious living and amenities but the price was substantially higher. The hotel was okay for the lower price.

Amazing food and truly the best coffee! The El Mundo staff were attentive and friendly. Also hats off to the security guard!

I like the room clean,bed so nice also.

Everything is Great

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and although someone came once to try to fix it, they couldn’t and did not follow up or offer a room change. You can imagine how “fun” it was having to pour water from the bidet sprayer for 5 to 10 minutes after each use just to get a partial flush. That was not the only issue. The safe was not working and was never fixed, and the AC unit kept dripping outside, creating constant noise. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to properly resolve even basic problems. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

La hanitacion MUY ruidosa. El aire acondicionado incluso apagado hacia ruido del goteo externo de la maquina del piso superior sobre la de la habitacion. Toda la noche sonando. Pides cambio de habiatacion por ruido de la calle y el problema del aire y dicen que están completos. Horrible. El baño bastante limitado. El espejo y su balda a una altura que no dejan ni lavarse la cara. Te cobran un euro por pedir una almohada extra.

No gym, no pool, no rooftop

We enjoyed our stay at U hotel. Each morning breakfast was great off the menu. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Nice added touch having slippers in the rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if in town

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Staff is always so friendly and helpful from the security guard that's always ready to help us with our bags. Friendly front desk staff. To the housekeeping that's always accommodating. Everyone greets you with a smile. The rooms are spacious enough for 2-3 people depending on which rooms you book. The only thing is they only give you one roll of toilet paper so if you need more you will have to ask front desk. Bathroom is clean with hot showers. They have a restaurant in the main lobby and close to other restaurants and lounges and Rockwell mall. Overall for the price and all its definitely a high recommendation.

The whole time I was there , the staff was Top Shelf ! I will stay there again soon ! The only problem was the internet , it sucked !

Great place to stay . Breakfast was generous and delicious .

客室は清潔、スタッフは皆様フレンドリー。 部屋が暗かったのが少し気になる。 シャワーの水が跳ねるので困った。 清掃などはしっかりやって頂いた。
