我這次是入住商務套房，房間非常寬敞且乾淨，兒童室內遊戲間我家小孩特別愛（但空調蠻冷的）。 泳池不太，在室外，我入住時剛好是陰天，所以水是涼的，但還算乾淨。 美中不足的地方是飯店電梯，只有三台且不大，遇到尖峰的退房時間，電梯確實是要等很久。

This is my second time staying at Vivere Hotel. I highly recommend it. We enjoy our work out at the gym before the wedding event. The shop is at walking distance great locations and very safe environment. Thank you once again Vivere Hotel staff your Team is so awesome.

Our room was dusty and it looked like a semi finished apartment. The tv at check in was broken, maintenance did come to replace it. The windows were dirty and overall, the room didn’t feel clean.

The front office customer service and room services was excellent! The NEST provided and great ambiance and bartender Ariane was the best providing great drinks and funny jokes =)

Our recent stay was characterized by outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the entire team—including the security personnel, concierge, and front-desk staff—was incredibly welcoming and professional. We particularly enjoyed the dining options. Breakfast was excellent, and our final dinner at The Nest rooftop restaurant was the highlight of our trip. The combination of the live band and the panoramic city views created a perfectly romantic atmosphere. The only drawback was a recurring issue with the air conditioning unit, which experienced a leak. Although the maintenance team responded promptly to the initial report, the repair required us to remain in the room for an hour. Unfortunately, the issue persisted on our second night. Due to our early morning departure, we chose not to report it again, but we would suggest a more permanent fix for that unit. Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Staff are courteous. Room was spotless. Very nice setting! The facilities and location for tourist and visitor is very convenient !

The room is clean & spacious the only thing is the shower did not have hot water, have to dress up to call the desk for issue. Problem has been avoidable if room need to check prior to guest expected that water heater is ready when use

샤워기가 너무 맘에 안들었어요. 5성호텔이라는데 이게 맞는지 싶은 상태였죠. 가격 생각하면 전체적으로 나쁘진 않습니다만 5성급호텔이라 생각하고 가시면 실망할 수 있어요.
