I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Galicja. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, and dinner was so delicious. I’d be happy to stay here again!

Nice and cozy hotel. It is not modern but that only adds to its charm

Location is excellent as it is very near the Salt Mine if you are planning to visit the Salt Mine. All the staff members I interacted with were excellent and attentive. There is a restaurant onsite which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I booked a rate that included buffet breakfast in the morning. There were a good selections so I was quite happy with my breakfast. I wish I could stay longer than just 1 night, but will definitely stay again if I go back to the area.

Great staff, very kind and informativ. The hotel is situated nearby the salt mine, which is perfect, 3 minutes walk. The food was savory, but the breakfast could content a little bit more of different food, which belong to a breakfast table

Absolutely perfect place to stay before and after a visit to the Unesco Wieliczka salt mines. Astounding place. Great classic hotel excellent buffet breakfast, clean spacious rooms. Excellent parking. Can walk next door to the site entrance.

Everything was fine for me

The toilet is not clean and smells like urine. Very loud and no noise isolation. Also not sealed windows get cold at night because air comes through the window cracks.

Close by the mine, perfect for all kinds of travelers, cute hotel, and a breakfast with some absolutely excellently tasting eggs and pates.

Albergo carino e strategicamente posizionato tra le entrate della miniera di sale. Personale gentile, camera molto accogliente, grande e spaziosa, ben arredata e riscaldata. L'annesso ristorante serve anche le pietanze e le bevande tipiche, ad un prezzo molto abbordabile.

Next to Wieliczka Salt Mine, very good breakfast and small parking lot

Very disappointing, located on busy, main road. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The room very dark, broken furniture and not very pleasant smell. Could not stay there, left the hotel and paid for another room somewhere else. Will never consider booking or recommending to anyone.

Ungepflegtes , nicht sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Betten sehr dürftig,( man kann es vielleicht mit Feldbett vergleichen) auch Bettwäsche z.B das Bettlacken reichte nicht die Matratze zu bedecken. Im Bad nicht ausreichend Licht und Abstellplatz für Kosmetik und Badsachen, z.B Nachthemd oder Bademantel. Wasser im Bad Lauwarm, auch nach nachfrage keine Besserung. Insgesamt sehr ungemütlicher Hotel, das Personal zeigt wenig Hilfsbereitschaft und Interesse an den Gast.

Hotel datato, pulizia scarsa, bagni vecchi, doccia rotta, parcheggio a pagamento praticamente inesistente e scomodissimo. Ristorante con piatti non freschi e servizio pessimo.

Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war alles ganz gut. Man kann mit einem Bus innerhalb 45 Minuten in Krakauer Stadtzentrum sein. Abgesehen davon befindet sich das Hotel 100 Meter entfernt von der bekannten Salz Mine Wielitczka.

Must admit the room was a little more worn and tired than in the photo. It needs sprucing up here and there. Few shortcomings were more than made up to us in great service. Reception, housekeeping and kitchen staff were all lovely, genuinely friendly and hard working people, always willing to help to make our short stay as good as possoble. Hotel is so close to the main Mine site (Kopalnia) and Salt Towers (Teznie) that you can see it from outside. Hotel has a restaurant and gives money off bill discount to Hotel quests. There was an Italian night with both Polish and Italian menu, dancing and no admission fees which was good fun and a way to wrap up the holodays in Poland
