Hotel Hetman is a very affordable, convenient and nice accommodation with good breakfast with assortment of selection, Room was clean, excellent shower pressure, spacious with comfortable bed and walk out balcony. Gassy cold water machine on each floor was a surprise bonus.

The hotel location is good, close to metro subway and bus stops. The room is clean yet a bit simple. The breakfast is excellent for the price of 55 pln. It was so delicious. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The downside was that WIFI internet was slow and after 9 AM, it frequently flip. I am not sure if that was because my room position. They offer free bottle of water each day which I like.

Great place, big room, big room, friendly staff, AC, good location. Only 4 stars because the key card failed to work almost always requiring a trip to the front desk to reset. Also, internet was very sketchy and hardly worked which was very annoying. Without the latter issues it would have been a clear 5 stars They should fix

Pior experiência. Fiquei dois dias sem Internet sem que fizessem nada para resolver. Horrível o descaso com o hóspede. Vendem que todos os quartos têm Internet, mas não é verdade. Este hotel é uma cilada!

We stayed there for four nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, close to public transportation close to restaurants and a mall. The furniture looks out dated but everything is so well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly 😀👍👍

The breakfast offered was diverse and extremely healthy in content. The staff printed documents we sent to the email. The cleaning staff did an excellent job on the room.
In the bathroom, there was more than ample room on the side of the sink for. Razors, toothpaste, etc..
The shower worked well and the doors kept the floor dry

Das Doppelbett im Zimmer 106 ist eine Katastrophe. Meine Frau hat nach erster Nacht dann am Boden geschlafen.
Da hilft nur noch neues Bett reinbringen, das Alte ist durchgelegen und die Matratze wie Hängematte.

I recently stayed here for a few nights. The hotel itself was clean and the room was pretty large for a single room. The location in Praga was convenient, with very good public transport links (trams and a metro station within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel), and the staff that I encountered were polite and efficient.
However, the room felt quite dated and basic for a 3-star hotel. The bed itself was comfortable enough, but only one small, very soft pillow was provided, with no spare available in the room, which made sleep less comfortable. There was also some constant background noise overnight. The bathroom was okay, but the water pressure from the shower could have been more powerful. I didn't have the breakfast, but hear it is a good offering and fairly reasonably priced too.
Overall, it was a reasonable stay and fine as a base for exploring the city, but not particularly restful.

Quarto super espaçoso, no nosso ainda tinha uma varanda, e dava pra ver o Castelo da janela do quarto. Banheiro também espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã com preço bem justo e o hotel é perto de tudo andando.

Room was clean and we found the lady on reception very helpful. Secure parking in its underground garage. We both enjoyed the Breakfast. Although it was on the other side of side of the river to the Old Town we enjoyed walking but there was trams that ran very near by if you didn’t want to walk. There was also a Metro which was also near by. We enjoyed walking but our stay and will try to book this hotel when we go again.
