Enjoyable stay at this nice place!

Close to city town Call taxi just 15 pln Call uber around 9 pln Kind and held staff Just breakfast I paid on 50 pln / person ,no toast machine ,just salad ,sausage and egg Unbelievable

The front desk information service is quite good,as show very patient and details.

The hotel was really bad. They had to change my room because the AC was not working. Every guest was complaining about the AC. Also, the pictures in the website is different from the real ones. They have an offer the guests they said because they renovate the hotel so the rooms are different and different sizes as well. They have construction ongoing in the streets so there are noises as well was really difficult to sleep during the night when it’s very hot.

outside the hotel there r buildings works going on … it looks terrible .. the whole area is being rebuilt… we stayed on saturday so there was no noise on sunday but I bet during the day is very noisy … not good time to stay in that hotel until they finish the building works

Nice clean large modern hotel Near the new business district . Good breakfast with plenty of choices . The hotel bar was good and the drinks reasonably priced . A little away from the main city centre but very walkable in about 30 mins . A lot of roadworks in the area at the time I was staying . The hotel is near a fire/ambulance station so their sirens could be heard sometimes during the night ( It didn't bother me too much) Lovely room and a great ensuite with large shower and wash basin

Clean and nice rooms. Aircondition was broken, we told reception about it several times, but they never did anything about it

Room spacious n clean but AC NOT WORKING!!!! Safe not working, slow wifi, Fridge not cooling either!! We couldnt sleep at night..

I travel frequently, and a warm welcome is the most important first impression. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Out of the 5-6 receptionists we interacted with during our stay, only two smiled or showed any sense of hospitality. The others came across as cold, uninterested, and unwelcoming. As a Hotels.com Platinum member, I asked if a complimentary room upgrade was available. I was immediately told that Platinum benefits do not apply at this hotel, without the receptionist even checking. Hotels.com later confirmed her information was incorrect, which made the experience even more disappointing. And during my stay, she didn’t even bother to look at me. Our room was also extremely hot, and the air conditioning barely cooled it despite us reporting the issue. Will I choose this hotel again. I rather book Hilton close to this one.

Hotel maravilhoso com quarto limpo e espaçoso, banheiro grande, com ótimo café da manhã. A única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o ar condicionado que não funcionou. O resto, tudo maravilhoso !!!
