離購物中心很近，離老城區也不遠

與 Ibis 在同一棟，G樓有各自的入口及服務櫃檯。4樓以下是 Ibis 5樓以上是 Novotel 位於市中心，有兩條地鐵線經過，逛街、購物、遊覽都很方便。

酒店乾淨，wifi很好，床很舒服，淋浴區也很舒服。酒店大堂有可愛的小熊公仔，很喜歡。讓人很relax的感覺。酒店員工的服務態度很好，超級喜歡。下次來一定要再住！酒店不在市中心的廣場，不過從酒店沿路走去也十幾分鐘，一路上有很多小吃店，很多東西看。很喜歡這酒店。

Frühstück war gut

I already have the same post below on another platform. Asked for genuine photos of the room I will spend next three days in Wroclaw. They're unable to respond in 10 hours and ping pong continues... ++ After entering the room, the stink smashed onto my face. This shows how right I was when asking about photos. ++ Highly disrespectful staff (counted 3 of them so far) ++ As per my humble opinion, 90% of the personnel are far from able to contact in business English. ++ Never ever again; but wait. Maybe someday with my US passport, how about that? :) ++ Pretentiousness rate amongst the personnel: same as the inability of business English rate shared above. ++ Contradictory info amongst individuals: while one receptionist was saying "you need to wait a bit during checkout for the room to be checked first", I was freely let out during the actual checkout by Ms. Paulina. ++ A disrespectful young boy at the reception tried charging me parking fee of full 3 days and I had to call the cops. What a scam!

Bom café da manhã. Poucas opções de frutas frescas, mas muito farto. As opções disponíveis eram excelentes. O quarto era razoável. Limpo. Banheiro com problemas na descarga. Localização muito boa. Já foi o tempo em que hotéis da rede Novotel eram bons. Hoje são apenas razoáveis. Um Íbis mais caro.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was large and clean. Beds comfortable. Everything was spotless clean both in the room and the common aarea. Staff was all extremely helpful and polite. Undoubtedly a great hotel and one I would recommend for sure.

체크인 담당 리셉션 특장 여직원은 항상 태도가 불쾌하다. 영어가 서툰 고객에겐 오히려 천천히 안내를 해야하는거 아닌가. 혼자 영어좀 한다고 일부러 빨리 말하고 사소한 에러에도 손님을 골탕먹일려고 한다. 위치도 좋구 식사도 맛있어서 몇년째 출장 숙소로 이용 하고 있는데 특정 여직원 그직원을 컨택 할 땐 항상 기분 잡친다. 이번에는 특히.

Nice modern hotel within walking distance to train station and shopping mall. Room was clean and large. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Wir haben einige schöne Tage im Novotel Wroclaw Centrum verbracht. Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und bietet insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos. Die Lage ist sehr gut – man erreicht schnell die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig, auch unsere Kinder hatten hier eine gute Auswahl und haben es sehr genossen. Leider gab es aber einen Punkt, der unseren Aufenthalt doch deutlich beeinträchtigt hat: Die Luft im Zimmer war recht stickig. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde uns zwar ein Ventilator angeboten, aber ein Zimmerwechsel hätte laut Aussage des Personals keine Verbesserung gebracht, da es bei hoher Auslastung wohl immer so sei. Ein Fenster zu öffnen war leider nicht möglich. Für uns und unsere Kinder war das leider unangenehm. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht, und im Badezimmer gab es leider auch keine Abluft. Außerdem gab es im Lobby Bereich keine Wickelmölichkeit. Alles in allem ist das Hotel eigentlich sehr empfehlenswert, wir geben jedoch aufgrund der geschilderten Umstände 3,5 von 5 Sterne.
