An amazing apartment with balcony, fantastic views of mountains and snow. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price - not a huge variety especially for vegetarians and they often ran out of coffee! We were charged the adult rate for our children who barely ate anything! Other than that, the lady at reception was lovely and charming as was the waitress at breakfast. I think we may have offended the man as we didn't wear slippers to breakfast - maybe this is just a cultural difference? He was quite "off" with us. The towels in the bathroom were scratchy and harsh. But all in all, a great time was had.

Chegamos neste hotel por volta das 18h, a senhora que estava trabalhando na cozinha veio nos receber, nos deu a chave do quarto e disse que o dono havia saído mas que já voltava. Instalamo-nos e o proprietário ao chegar, não se deu ao trabalho de ir ao quarto. Meu marido é quem foi chamá-lo para saber como funcionava o hotel. INGLÊS, mal se comunicam, o dono mal abre a boca para te dar bom dia, no restaurante o que se oferece no cardápio, não tem. Café da manhã, as pessoas retiram os alimentos com seu próprio talher. Quarto, com larvas no banheiro e sem contar que tinha muito mal cheiro saindo da pia, travesseiro e colchão duros, toalhas ásperas. Resumindo, o mais simpático desse hotel, é o gato que circula lá por dentro. Este sim, nos recebeu e se despediu maravilhosamente. Pelo o que oferecem, o preço que pagamos nesse hotel, poderíamos ter ficado em outro de melhor categoria e MUITO mais perto do centro de Zakopane. Não me importo de pagar, desde que o hotel não minta em sua aviação. Na recepção está classificado com nota 9.2, IMPOSSÍVEL. Não volto e não indico a ninguém... NOTA: 3,5

This hotel is friendly and cheap, few English speaking locals. Towels changed only every 3-4 days, room not cleaned at all during our stay. Evening meals good but basic and food only served between 5-7pm. Hotel can be noisy with other guests slamming doors.
