ベッドが柔らかすぎました。 あと、シャワーの水圧が少し低かったです。 それ以外は特に問題なかったです。

The hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel. The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre. We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.

Everything was great only thing there should be a sign saying other choice of egg available as we did not find. Out till last day then my wife has fried egg.

Hotel is in a great location just a couple minutes walk from the main square. Just not quite a 5* as the rooms don’t have air conditioning and get really warm, and you can’t have windows open due to noise from traffic and passersby

Ich war nur für eine Nacht da. Lage ist gut zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Hatte ein Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank mit Blick zum Hof. Da wurde es gegen 6 Uhr laut, weil irgendwelche Glascontainer geleert werden muasten. Im Urlaub mit Zeit ist das nicht nett. Das Personal an der Rception war klasse u d großzügig. Im Speisesaal war das damn anders. Ingesamt ok.

We got a room at the low level that is closed to parking lot. We can hear people talking late at night.

We booked this aparatment at very short notice as are original booking was not a hotel.So not expectating that much but was very surprised we really enjoyed our stay her the roooms were all clean and tidy with good room servic. The staff answered did there best to help with any problems we had as they arose and they were able to look after our bags on our final day before leaving late that night. Breakfast and the un hotal dining were both excellent and would have no problem staying here again should we return to Krakow

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean but very compact. No Aircon in the room which meant leaving a window open, however due to a main road it is very noisy. Breakfast was continental style.

Place was a good stay for the weekend. 5 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast didn't have much choice but tasted fine. I would come back here.

Very comfortable beds, very clean and modern rooms (having a balcony was a plus) and 5 minutes walk to main square with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Ours was a classic double room and was quite spacious. We didn't try the breakfast as ours was room only basis. Would definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location—close to the train station, old town, and plenty of restaurants. The front desk clerks were always kind and very helpful. My first room did not have AC or a refrigerator, but I upgraded, and the new room was perfect. I felt this should have been part of my Expedia VIP amenity, but it’s whatever because it was hot outside and I needed AC. What impressed me most was the service. On two mornings when I had to leave early for tours and trains, the staff prepared breakfast bags to go, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a nice hotel with excellent staff and a very convenient location.

Small bathroom and SHOWER. Good location. Very nice staff. Had to pay for ice even being hotel guest, maybe a change on that.
