Location is perfect. Hotel is very clean and bathroom is spacious. But the room needs a major update. Decor is last century. But still an ok stay.

Breakfast was lovely and lots of wonderful selections! Our room was fabulous on the top floor with amazing views on 2 sides with one overlooking every major highlight toward the waters side! Staff was extremely helpful and we had lovely chats with the owner/manager!

We had yet anotherr great stay at Residencial Florescente - the room and hotel itself are lovely, and the staff have always been wonderful to interact with. One of our "go-to" hotels in Lisboa - obrigada.

Great location

We had a fantastic stay at the Florescent Hotel.Our spacious room was cleaned and our towels/water were replaced daily. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and my request for Soya milk was always available. It was central to many of the places we wanted to visit and walk to as we are keen walkers.

It was a beautiful property right at the heart of Lisbon. Walkable to many places.

We liked the cleanliness, breakfast, staff were great! Great bar too. Bartenders were great. Great stay!

Great location

Great small hotel in a good location in Baixa. Excellent breakfast was included and the staff deserves a good grade. The only downside was quite poor soundproofing between the rooms.

The staff was outstanding. Always helpful and making an extra effort.

Be aware no in room coffee but it is available downstairs.

The location of the hotel is in the center of touristic Lisbon - parks, squares, shopping centers are not far away. However the hotel is located on the street that cars cannot access, so it's impossible be dropped off right at the entrance with your luggage. You have to walk with your luggage 3-4 minutes to access the hotel building. Breakfast is not included. You have to play additional $25.00 if you want to eat breakfast in the hotel. Regarding amenities... The TV in our room was extremely small- about a size of a desktop computer monitor - yet it was mounted on the wall which looked quiet funny. There was no refrigerator, no coffee machine, and no way to ventilate the room because it was constant strong smell of fried fish and other food cooked in the area. There was also a very strong smell of garbage in the morning. Moreover, the windows of our room faced a noisy street. Songs from nearby theaters along with loud voices and yelling late into the night... cluttering of empty bottles being transported, roaring sound of garbage trucks that were aloud into that area early in the morning...

Staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel is a hidden gem! Beds were very comfortable and room was spotlessly clean.

I was sooo impressed with this “little gem” in the heart of Lisbon. Definitely worth revisiting. The staff, the restaurant and the rooms were a delight.
