酒店非常舒适，前台也很nice，是一次非常好的住宿体验

We spent 3 nights in Soplay in early Oct and we had great experience in it. The room is big and has most of the equipment we need: a kitchen with cooking utensils, a washing machine and dry, and a living room with dining table. The balcony was also very big and had nice view. Even though it is not a new hotel, it also had more equipment for sports than we expected: an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a big gym room with all sort of equipment. In terms of its location, it is not in a very convenient as it is on top of a small town (so it had a nice view over the harbor of Lisbon). But, we had a car and the hotel provided free parking so it is not an issue for us. There were no many restaurants around the hotel but the staff of the hotel was so helpful in recommending the place to go. We had tried a small restaurant in Linda-a-Velha and the seafood was great! It is definitely value for money. We were so happy with our stay at Solplay so we love to stay there again.

This place was amazing.

Prachtig hotel, vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de balie, aan het zwembad als in het restaurant. Kamer was zeer netjes.

Hotel room was very clean however very dated. Room furniture old and warn out. Washroom door and trim flaking from age and humidity.

Beautiful property. The room was very spacious. Huge balcony but no chairs to enjoy it. Dryer didn’t work on the washer dryer combo. Was a bad smell that came from I don’t know where in the bathroom everyime let the water out of the tub. Rooms need to be upgraded with smart tv’s. Some wait staff were somewhat clueless. Didn’t know what soup of day was. Brought our drinks but never ordered our food then after waiting for food was then told that the item I ordered was unavailable. Would be nice to have vending machines or snack shop on property. Only one elevator the whole time I was there. Spa was excellent. Car rental convenient, but I never used. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay again.

Très bel hôtel environnement très Propre mais un peu loin du centre-ville de Lisbonne. Gens à la réception souriant et gentil. Repondent bien aux questions. Chambre excellente et propre. Déjeuner un matin seulement mais excellent. Peut Etre un peu cher. Belle piscine extérieure

Super chilled place. I was there for 3 nights in June. Weather was good (a little windy, but it is on top of a hill). Room was clean and spacious. Aldi 10 mins walk away. Good amenities, GREAT breakfast. 12:00 check out is good ......I hung around for a bit after that. Would recommend

Have stayed there twice; (1st) when it was still Solplay and (2nd) under the new name, MS Aparthotel. The property is rundown. From the moment entered the lobby, had a very musty smell. Only one elevator in service, which meant that it took forever to get to one’s room when people were checking in or were arriving. Even had to take stairs to floor 5 because elevator wait too long. Another group of people also took the stairs, but at least they only went up to 3rd floor. The air conditioner wasn’t working, which made the smell in worse than it already was. The bathroom specifically smelled like mold and drainage. After the second day, I noticed that there was a lot of mold under the toilet rim. I tried to scrub the toilet myself because I couldn’t stand the smell anymore, but not all came off. There was visible water damage on walls, the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling, and doors. I imagine that there must have been some kind of leak from the roof and the units hadn’t been maintained. We didn’t even bother requesting another room because the entire building smelled, booked through 3P, etc. Spouse had to ask about the air conditioner: there’s an annoying trick to it. Hotel restaurant food is sub-par and overpriced (for the quality). Huge deck, great view, but there’s no longer outdoor furniture. Clean bedrooms but has a lot of tiny gray spiders. Stayed because we aired unit out and beds were clean. Saw some work being done. Loved it the first time, scared off 2nd time.

Zimmer: gut: Kochzeile, Safe weniger gut: zu wenig Stauraum, besonders für hängende Kleidung. Balkon nicht möbliert. Frühstück: sehr gut Gesamteindruck: Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierungsstau.

O hotel é excelente, muito bonito e com uma infraestrutura impecável. Fica um pouco distante do centro de Lisboa, mas para quem está de carro é uma ótima opção. O café da manhã é muito bom, os quartos também são excelentes e as camas extremamente confortáveis. O estacionamento é descoberto, mas enorme e de fácil acesso. O único problema que tivemos foi que, em duas ocasiões, tivemos que solicitar a reposição do pano de chão do banheiro, pois ele era recolhido e não era colocado novamente. Porém, a situação foi resolvida rapidamente pela equipe. No geral, recomendamos muito o hotel. Excelente experiência e ótima hospedagem.

It’s definitely a nice area and resort feel. I can tell they’re trying but there are numerous tweaks that need to be made for that experience. I’m going to start back to front of my room. Terrace: why are you charging me an upgrade for a room with a terrace when there is literally no terrace furniture and nothing I can do there. I have to drag an inside chair out myself? It’s completely covered, put one patio chair at least. Kitchen: there’s no dishwasher yet equally no dish drying rack or dish towels or even paper towels. You will turn the kitchen sink off and it will still be going for a little. It also doesn’t drain well. Put a pair of scissors there. There’s an outlet shortage here too so there’s a Dolce Gusto machine but it’s not plugged into anything and you’d have to set it on top of the stovetop in order to reach one. Get rid of it and supply people with packets of dissolvable coffee since the microwave is plugged in. There’s also no light over the kitchen so after the sun goes down it’s kind of dark as all light fixtures are on the opposite side of the room only. K Bed: it’s 2026 - everyone sleeps with the phone by their bed. Make sure the guest has an outlet for it. I had to unplug one of the light fixtures in order to do so. NOTE: you can do this but then you have to leave the light switch on to power that outlet The light is not bright enough anyway - there should be another light fixture over the bed.
