The staff was not only incredibly friendly but also very professional. The highlight of this hotel, they made me feel at home, from the team in the reception to the team in F&B and the spa. Definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and my room was fantastic — very clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. The bathroom with the bathtub and glass details was a great touch, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Nice facilities and very good service from staff

I’m regular customer at Dusit doha hotel. Everything is perfect , from staff to services, location everything. They just need to add more lights in the bathrooms on top of lavatory. It’s a bit dark in the toilette. But other than that all is good as i said i’m a regular customer at Dusit Doha

Breakfast buffet hostess, Mercy(?), was outstanding. Her attention to detail and friendliness was a great way to start the day.

Here’s a natural, short, and sincere version with a soft mention of the upgrade: ⸻ I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean, the location is great, and the staff were warm and attentive. They also offered a small upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, one of my best experiences in Doha. I’d definitely stay here again.

Disappointing Stay - The check-in experience was poor, and the room lacked easily accessible power outlets. While the light switches were designed to be fancy, they were not intuitive or conveniently placed. There was no lighting over the sink, and the toilet area had a hidden light that was difficult to locate. Same with AC switch. The room had an unpleasant odor, likely due to sewage issues from the toilet. Overall, the hotel felt old, with a persistent bad smell and traces of smoke. Dusit properties typically offer a high standard of facilities and comfort, but this particular location felt dated and impractical.

The staff were great and were ready to help out. The room given to me was also very spacious.

Enjoyed my stay at the Dusit, great location, all the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Bridget, Ibrahiam, Sarwar & Waseem for making my stay elegant!
