The breakfast was fresh and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is in a great loaction and the rooms are neat, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant

Soggiorno sotto le aspettative per un 5 stelle Ho scelto questo hotel aspettandomi gli standard tipici di una struttura a cinque stelle, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata inferiore alle aspettative. La colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa nella varietà, con una proposta limitata che non rispecchia il livello dichiarato. Anche la ristorazione necessita di un deciso miglioramento: un solo ristorante disponibile e una mezza pensione con scelta ridotta (solo due primi e due secondi) non sono all’altezza di un hotel di questa categoria. La proposta enogastronomica andrebbe rivista e ampliata. La camera, pur confortevole, non è stata sempre pulita in modo impeccabile, un dettaglio che incide molto sulla qualità del soggiorno. Nota positiva la spa, ben organizzata e piacevole, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Nel complesso, l’hotel ha del potenziale, ma diversi aspetti – soprattutto ristorazione e cura delle camere – richiedono maggiore attenzione per raggiungere davvero gli standard di un cinque stelle.

Extremt vänlig hjälpsam personal

Booked a room for 3 people - there are only 2 single beds. We then have to repeatedly argue to get an extra bed into the room. 3 times! Great way to welcome your guests. It’s really not that difficult to expect the number of beds to correspond with the number of people. You have extra beds - why alienate your guests?

We had really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. I would recommend anyone with or without family to try this Hotel. Their morning breakfast has lots of great options.

The hotel itself is well appointed; the restaurant was poor. It is hard to understand how any self-respecting chef could deliver such appalling food. Even when I arrived within 20 minutes of the start time of the 4-hour window for breakfast or dinner buffet, the food was dry and barely above room temperature. On the third morning (I had prepaid breakfast), I discovered that there was a person making omelets for those who knew to ask - this was not advertised so I do not know how people found out apart from accidental observation. In short, do not get your food here - it is close enough to the metro for you to go one station to Al Sadd where there is a street with many acceptable restaurants.

Comfortable hotel close to a very affordable dentist, restaurant and grocery store, all of which we needed. But the jacuzzi jets were not working except for one and it wasn’t all that strong. I wasn’t the only one there so this was very inconvenient to have only one jet working.
