The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was superb-huge, clean and quiet. I wish I had spent more time at the outdoor roof garden as it had comfy chairs and tables and amazing views. The breakfast was really varied and restaurants very good too. The hotel was also in an excellent location for airport and walking to the Souk Waqif, incredible museums, Corniche and hop on and hop off bus.

Good place to stay close to Souq, Cornish, Islamic Art Museum and other great places in this area in Doha. Rooms were very well equipped with comfortable beds and convenient layouts. Breakfast was great and reception assistants were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Shaza hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. They even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they provided great tips on nearby attractions, including the local museum, the Souq, and several other interesting places worth exploring. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Joana Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly stay here again!

Eu já esperava bastante do hotel, mas foi melhor que eu esperava. A localização não é das melhores, mas não é ruim. O atendimento é simpático. O ambiente do lobby é lindo e aconchegante. O quarto (pegamos o famíly suíte) é fantástico, queria ter esse em casa. Tudo espetacular, cama e travesseiros maravilhosos. Me faltam palavras para dizer o tanto que gostei do quarto. Já fiquei em muitos hotéis, mas pouquíssimos estão nesse nível. O café da manhã é ótimo. Enfim, se tiver oportunidade, pode escolher de olhos fechados.

部屋は広く、清潔でした（窓が汚いのは仕方がないでしょう）。ただ、バスルームに入ると、シャワーブース、トイレ、バスタブ（カーテンなし）という順番に配置されており、さらに床材は人工大理石です。どうやってバスタブからシャワーブースに移動しろというのか、理解に苦しみます。 スタッフは、感じよい人とそうでない人がはっきり分かれていました。

My stay here was great. The front desk receptionist was kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I would gladly choose to stay at Shaza again.

The Hotel overall is good. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Pros: - 5 minutes walk to Souq Waqif metro - 10 minutes walk to Souq Waqif - Walkable distance to Fanar mosque - Room and shower is nice - Bed is comfortable - Wifi is good Cons: - The rooms aren't sound proofed. If you have neighbors, you will hear them talking/snoring/clapping/dropping things etc - The hotel room doors auto slam shut, which can wake you up in the night - The A/C in each of the rooms are inconsistent, one room can be loud, another room you need to set a different temperature The hotel is excellent in many areas, but the essential parts fall short for me, such as a peaceful sleep and staying cool in the night. As a result I fell ill from lack of sleep and had to move rooms twice.

It was fine. Clean room and comfortable bed. No fridge to cool drinking water (it was 45 degrees) and the water coming out of the cold tap was warm. It's not a 5 star hotel. Had to queue to check in after a long flight arriving at night as only one member of staff around.
