圣哈维尔城堡酒店

古典美，房間保養得宜，服務很好，早餐和餐廳晚飯無與倫比。 要改善的是，退房後幾天，我們再往酒店餐廳回味，竟說從沒有幾天吃過的晚餐，被迫點了雙倍價格的晚餐，有點摸不著頭腦。

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and found this hotel very comfortable and reasonably priced. Too bad that we book the wellness service too late and there was no more timing slot available for booking before we check-out. If you want to enjoy the wellness service, make sure you book it in advance.

Die Lage inmitten einer Brache ist gewöhnungsbedürfrig- aber super angebunden an ÖPNV und Hotel im Stiel eines Schlosses sehr schön

Kände mig verkligen välkommen, och bra mat i restauranten. Parkering fanns vid hotellet.

Poor reception specially at check out. They asked for extra bed fees while our reservation includes room for three guests with breakfast. And it was clear in the reservation that the room is fully paid except the city tax which we have to pay at the hotel. We showed the reception guy our booking details but he didn’t listen. Its our 3rd hotel in Czech and no one asked for this extra fees since we pre-paid the reservation by expedia while booking time .

L’hôtel est charmant, mais un peu mal situé par rapport à l’autoroute. Le personnel est parfait et le restaurant divin. Le souci est qu’on entend les voitures et la pluie faisait beaucoup de bruit sur des plaques en métal, mais nous avons passé un excellent moment malgré tout cet hôtel est très atypique.

The perfect place for a spa weekend with friends!

Pour la 3ème fois, je suis revenu avec mon épouse dans cet hôtel. Les 2 premières fois, nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour. Lors de cette dernière réservation au mois d'août, nous avons connu plusieurs soucis: 1 => En rentrant le soir, nous avons trouvé nos fenêtres ouvertes et une température de 37°C dans la chambre. La climatisation ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons reçu un ventilateur... qui a remué de l'air à 37°C !!! 2 => Avant de réserver, nous avions demandé s'il était possible de consigner des vivres à placer au frigo et la réponse avait été positive. Ainsi, au moment de récupérer ces vivres, le frigo portable était rempli d'eau (les aliments étant compromis pour une valeur de 156 €) et les blocs eutectiques avaient été placés dans un frigo et non dans un congélateur. Au moment du départ, tout en nous demandant de régler la taxes de séjour (12 €), la seule réponse obtenue suite à ces problèmes a été "We're sorry !"

Fantastisk hotel lidt uden for centrum. Gennemført hotel med God service og morgenmad, og dertil gratis sikker parkering. Som tilføjelse skal det noteres at der er en cykelsti direkte fra hotel til centrum.

Det där med golf, var lite missvisande. Men inget som drar ner upplevelsen. Vi kom ner i hällande spöregn, såg inget av omgivningen dvs parken. Dock helt otroligt att denna lilla oas ligger där den ligger ljudet av trafiken var inget vi störde oss på, då vi alltid sover med hörselproppar. Mysigt ställe, fantastiskt rum med sköna sängar + för det exklusiva sänglinne. Vi åt en god 4-rätters middag samma kväll. Värt varenda krona. Andra dagen tog vi taxi in till stan, det var inget för oss. Men rekomenderar stället, om man är på genomresa och vill sova gott. Frukosten får också väl godkänt.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my stay near Prague. This hotel was close to the city, it was very clean and staff was really friendly and patient with my questions as it was my first time in the Czech Republic. They helped me figure out the best time to visit certain sights in the city, best time to dodge traffic and navigate to where I wanted to go, amongst many other helpful things. I really loved the area around the hotel where I could walk around. I highly recommend this place to everyone and hope to stay here again when I visit Prague.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Küche. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Park war traumhaft.
