整体不錯。 位置好, 服務不錯, 早餐算豐富, 房間雖然較細但物品齐全。

酒店位置很好 早餐也足够丰富 就是电视台比较少 酒店提供服务的话价格也比较高 虽然没有用到 比如换欧元本身汇率已经给的不优惠 还要加收手续费等 显得不是那么厚道 不过这都是小事 位置真的不错 几分钟到老城广场 周围吃的 超市都很近

From the descriptions we thought there was a roof top terrasse - but it was only if you had a room on the top floor. Rest was fine.

Room was very clean and spacious, however it was super noisy and sounded like a generator was attached, barely got any sleep over 2 nights. Breakfast was super basic, lack of cereal and warm milk on offer- would have rather gone out for breakfast. Staff weren’t welcoming, at breakfast I asked for a spoon as the cutlery trays were empty and instead of politely giving me one, she was rude about it saying look here and here. Upon checkout staff wanted to charge extra just for holding a backpack for an extra hour or so… I had never ever had any hotel charge for this after staying with them!! Would not return.

The room was nice and pretty clean, I also got a great view from my window. My travel partner on the other hand did not have a good view at all. There was no soundproofing at all. I could hear my neighbours talking, laughing, coughing.. They also charged 20€ bigger amount from my credit card than what was on the receipt. When we were checking out they claimed we had used one water bottle from the minibar. Which we had not done and tried to tell this to the receptionist. This had later on charged from my credit account. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but adequate.

Positives: Ideal location as the old town is just minutes away on foot, plenty of bars/restaurants nearby, lovely historic city. Hotel and our room was very clean/tidy, great views across the city if you book a higher floor with balcony, chambermaid/waitresses very attentive, breakfast lovely and varied. Negatives: Hotel offers a pick-up taxi service from the airport but don't confirm that anyone is going to be there waiting or on way to collect you (waited not knowing by airport exit for 15mins until driver turned up). Management ask if there is anything you request to enhance your stay before arrival (champagne/flowers/chocolates) but failed to deliver or more annoyingly never responded with either a yes or no to our suggestion (birthday cake).
